Daniel Smith v. FDA, Crushing Alternative Health Cures

The FDA wants to put Daniel Smith, a father of four, in prison for 37 years for the “crime” of selling MMS , one of the most remarkable, legally available, easily obtainable, inexpensive, and EFFECTIVE oxidative germ killers that will knock down just about any disease condition in record time. Daniel will go to trial on March 3, 2015 in Spokane, WA and will be up against a phalanx of FDA/DOJ attorneys with unlimited government funding resources and a judge who so remarkably biased and prejudicial to Daniel’s case, that she ought to invite the government prosecutors to sit up on the bench with her.

Please help Daniel Smith build a legal defense fund (and a legal defense team) that can effectively defend him against the unlimited resources available to government prosecutors intent on railroading this man into prison and set the “precedent”and control the future availability of MMS as a “drug.” Up to now, Daniel has been defending himself pro se going against a judge who has denied EVERY SINGLE motion or answer that he has presented to the court.
