His book was published on November 28th, 2014 and rapidly hit “best seller” status on 25 lists on Amazon, eventually climbing to the #1 best seller in 4 categories.

America’s Anti-Diet Doctor, Tommy Voris, was interviewed about his revolutionary approach to weight loss showcased in his newly released book. In the extended interview he explained each of his “5 Evolutions,” which he says are necessary for individuals to experience sustainable weight loss in their lives.
