How To Make BulletProof Coffee That Tastes Amazing

Bulletproof coffee is a viral trend right now as coffee as a staple beverage to start your day, isn’t going anywhere. So, why not consume the healthiest version of coffee that you can?

Bulletproof coffee, when made the right why, is very healthy for you and will help you naturally burn fat throughout the day. Let me give you the blueprint for how to make bulletproof coffee and how to manage your day with it to maxime your fat burning efforts.

Brew or buy the coffee of your choice. I personally brew organic coffee, why organic? I use organic coffee because you will enjoy coffee without mycotoxins (mold) and without any kind of pesticides. You will be consuming just great tasting coffee with no harmful chemicals.

Pour your hot coffee in a blender. I use a Blendtec Blender  as I believe it’s the best blender on the market. High quality, lasts forever and it very easy to clean! Don’t have a blendtec, no worries, any blender will do!

Next, add 1-2 tablespoons of grass fed butter or raw butter (non-pasteurized) by a trusted farmer or online resource. The benefits of raw butter are numerous, just google it. It makes the coffee creamy and taste delicious and adds the benefit of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid ) which aids in fat burning!

Then, add 1-2 tablespoons of cold processed virgin coconut oil and then blend. You will be amazed at the mixture produces, the most amazing tasting cup of coffee you have ever enjoyed! Coconut oil adds the MCT’s (medium chain triglycerides ) which is also an aid in the fat burning process!

If you wanted, you could add an almond milk creamer to top it off and blend that in for 10 seconds, although I find it’s not needed. Make sure if you do this, that’s it’s a creamer that has no more than 3 net carbs. The goal is “no carbs” throughout the day!

That’s how to make bulletproof coffee or at least my healthy version. I have it on most mornings, after my 20 ounces of water, upon waking around 8-9am. Around 12pm noon time, I have a “protein smoothie” with virtually no carbs, read your labels! If you’re including carbs in your smoothie, you will shut off the fat burning furnace and work against your goal of “fat burning” all day long!

How to make bulletproof coffee is very simple as I just showed you and the health benefits are many!

How To Make Bulletproof Coffee Work For You All Day Long

Next, around 1:30 – 2:00pm, I have another 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil either on it’s on or diluted (heat just to melt the coconut oil) in water.

Around 3-4pm, I’ll have another “all protein” meal with veggies. Have a plate of eggs (organic free range), or another vegan protein smoothie or if you eat meat, a serving of meat (organic free range, no hormone shots, etc.) To this point, you have consumed virtually no carbohydrates and the fat burning has been active all day!

The reason the fat burning furnace has been on all day is the MCT’s letting your brain know that you have no active carbohydrates to burn and the source of energy must come from stored fat!

To accelerate the fat burning, I then add in an interval training workout of some kind around 5:30 – 6:30pm. Interval training is fast, effective and fun and can be done in many ways. Jump on a treadmill, on a bicycle, on an elliptical machine or just walk in intervals. This will add to the total fat burned for the day and into the next day as that is what interval training does, so good for your total health!

Following the workout, I’ll have a regular meal for dinner (protein, veggies and healthy carbs) which includes carbs. What you have done here is keep that fat burning furnace on all day long from the second you woke up. You could also have a carb treat after dinner, if needed, such as organic oatmeal with almond milk. Try not to eat past 9pm for the best results.

Benefits of Bulletproof Coffee

The fat will start to melt off your body and you will see results. The raw butter provides your body with numerous health benefits, including CLA (conjugated linoleic acid ) which aids in fat burning and the coconut oil provides you with MCT oil or medium chain triglycerides.

MCT’s are brain food and when you learn how to make bulletproof coffee as I have suggested, the MCT’s contained in this healthy coffee, signal to the brain, all is well, I’m not hungry and I feel good. It aids in telling the body to burn body fat and not carbs, because you have consumed no carbohydrates, so there’s nothing there to burn. Therefore, the body fat has to go!
