DIY For Womanly Issues such AS Yeast & UTI

Yep, this is one of those personal, tmi, for alot blog. As I get older, & with my health issues, I find more and more I am having too much yeast & UTI’s! This is how I handle them so I am not going to the Dr. all the dang time. For yeast I use garlic cloves. You take a garlic clove, one orally and yes gals, insert one like it was the otc yeast med, well except with your fingers instead of the tube. Make sure you peel them first and cut off any sharp edges. The garlic cloves will not stay in if you don’t immediately got o bed. Leave it in for the night. Repeat til infection is gone. I also use a mix of garlic oil and tea tree oil to wipe my vaginal area. I also eat yogurt to help with yeast.
Do you ever feel like you have a constant UTI!? Me too! I use baking soda capsules I fill myself. I take the capsules orally. I also take cranberry capsules. If those do not work then I go to the otc pills( I use Uricalm Max. Strength), that turn your pee, and contacts, if you have em in, orange. Drink a lot of water and then drink more! I am not sure if these are related to my illness, age or both. I do not want to be on antibiotics unless I have no other choice for the UTI, so I have learned ways to manage it myself.
