My understanding of it is the CBD oil differs from the RSO in that no matter the route of administration you don’t get the psychoactive effects. With the RSO you won’t get the psychoactive effects (the high) if you use it topically or in suppository form, but if it passes your lips, you most definitely get the high. In my opinion, this is of such a concentration that the high is not that pleasant. I’ve heard it said that you can start at the low dose and eventually taper up so that the high won’t be so strong. One of the BIGGIES that it was sooooo illegal for so long is that it is KNOWN to break mind control programming with a single use!! Think about that.
