    never use a dryer
dryers are the biggest energy wasters
    dryers destroys all fabrics

The save $$$ and dry cloths faster in your dryer, throw in a dry towel. This saves like 1/3 of the time to dry your load. The dry towel spins with the wet stuff, and obsorbes the water faster from it; making it dry faster. Try it once and you’ll never dry without it again…

so you want me to dry my clothes……????….outside in the 20 degree weather? Why do I care if it wastes energy. If you’re so concerned about conserving, why don’t you unplug your refrigerator and sell your computer. Those are a waste too. And besides that, your killing yourself by using your computer with all the low-frequency radiation. But, it appears you don’t care

      • EruditeOne

Absolutely right. Hanging clothes on a clothesline in 20 degree weather will let them dry without using electricity or gas. It will also let you burn a few calories (i.e. fat cells) and let you think about the beauty of winter. It appears you don’t care if you waste your money by using a clothes dryer. I’ll even bet that you refuse to wear sweatshirts and sweatpants and heavy socks while inside your home but instead insist that you should use you home’s furnace to heat the entire place to at least 72 degrees. I’ll bet you also refuse to use sufficient blankets on your bed to sleep with the furnace in your house turned off each night. To each his own. I’d rather spend all of $45.00 to heat my home during the coldest month each year instead of about $300.00 in January that many residents of homes pay.

Because someone is willing to pay for a convenience that makes them a low IQ main stream media consumer? So we are just not allowed ANY luxuries? You might wanna get off that computer from where you typed this comment, because you are consuming unnecessary energy. We do not live in the stone age. We have technology. We are allowed to use it. And nowadays, no one has the room to lay out all of their laundry to be dried outdoors, plus they risk the clothing getting stolen…I would bet money that YOU use a clothes dryer regularly.

We already have too much aluminum in our environment. The masses are being showered with it and other heavy metals on a daily basis. I think it is unwise to coat your clothes with heated aluminum or as a food cover… especially imprudent on baked foods. Studies have linked aluminum to Alzheimer’s and other crippling detriments.
