My only problem with Vicks or Vaseline is, it’s made from Petoleum products.
I use Emu oil as a base and then Essential oils. The oils to use would be Menthol, Tea Tree and Eucalyptus essential oils The Emu oil carries the other ingredients in through the skin very easily.
Look up the benefits of Emu oil.
