What the heck does Miss Molly have to do with Zero Carb anyway???

I dunno it just came to mind when I was typing the title to this post. Go figure………. Hey the song is pretty upbeat ya have to admit…right???

Life as a (ZC)er is more than I could hope for…….yes it is indeed!

OK, so what’s the point? Does there really have to be a point? Can’t a fella just be happy about his Lifestyle choice and move on? Well, if you ask me, I say YES and NO. Ah ha, I knew there was a moral to his  statement! Jeez, I get critics all the time! 

Look-it: YES: I could just move on and not share anything at all. That would be OK I guess. No: Because that would be selfish in my little point of view. Let’s face it y’all we are in waters that have not been treaded for the most part. And if they were, it is not discussed much until recent times. Most folks just think your a nutcase, yes I mean you and me. That is if you practice the ART of ZERO CARB! Ohhh that sound cool or did it? Ha! 

I think I need to write a book titled “The Art of the Zero Carb Lifestyle“. Then I can be Rich and Famous and …………….. OK, someone throw him a Pork Chop so he will settle down. 

Hey that’s not a nice thing to say………yet the sound of a grilled Pork Chop is tempting I do have to admit. Yes, a nice grilled Pork Chop and about three (3) or four (4) eggs over easy with all that yellow stuff to dip the meat and maybe a few rashers of crispy BACON!!!

OK, so  I have my head in the clouds dreaming of the oh so yummy Zero Carb foods out there. You non-(ZC)ers are really missing out. Not just on the food, but all the benefits that are bestowed upon you for a lifetime. 

Stay tuned for tonight’s next installment of “Blast from the Past”. I hope you don’t mind this rambling post. I am trying to get back in the groove of posting. Daily? I dunno. I just go where the wind takes me.
