      I lost 24lb in 25 days on LCHF diet. (Ketogenic diet) This included intermittent fasting (I did not feel hungry at all.)
      It works and that is the reason I am posting this. I would not if it did not work.

        The only thing that really helps: don’t eat so much. It doesn’t even matteer what you eat as long as you don’t take too much calories. Diets are nonsense to get your money. It’s always the same. They claim to have your solution as long as you drop money.

          I can’t even tell you how wrong you are Jacko. Calorie reduction fals 99.8% of the time. That’s numbers from over 100 years of researching calorie reduction. What you body does when you reduce calories is it reduces it’s basic metabolic rate. So if you burn 3000 calories per day and reduce your calories down to 2000, after a few weeks or months, your BMR will now be 2000. So if you eat 2500 calories, thinking oh it’s still less than 3000, you will be in fact gaining weight.

      Good video and I also recommend the WAP Society or how Grandma and Grandpa use to eat and the healthiest tribes in the world before white stuff.

      White flour, white rice, white pasteurized milk, etc.

      Loosing weight is very easy: don’t eat more calories then your body can burn. That’s the only secret. Diabetes can’t be cured but can be prevented: don’t eat so much sugar.

        You should actually watch the video. Diabetes can be cured, not just prevented.

      Yup. I myself lost about thirty pounds (and stopped any Diabetes dead in its tracks).
      I call it my Zero Sugar diet.
      Containing plenty of wholesome, good-quality fats – after all, the human brain is ~60% fat.

      Other than that, one can eat almost whatever one wants!
      Things like meat, eggs, butter, cheese all contain zero sugar.
      And butter is really good for you, albeit fairly rich in calories heheh…
      So everything I eat is poached (cooked) in butter – potatoes, carrots and other veggies, chicken etc.

      Everything is delicious! And I don’t really go through a block of butter quickly.
      Cooking in butter actually requires not too-too much…
      (I mean, less than if you were really eating it generously, y’know?)
      Point is: don’t be afraid of butter. Especially if you’re slender…

      The scientific basis for Ketosis is just common sense.
      When you eat a ton of carbs and sugar, you effectively ‘poison’ your blood.
      Your body’s method of dealing with this becomes less and less effective over time.
      Insulin Resistance and eventually Type2 Diabetes is the result.
      Ultimately, your liver (in a panic) will turn the high blood-sugar into fat.

      Fatty Liver Disease is… exactly that!
      It’s why sometimes you’ll see little scrawny guys with enormous guts.
      Their livers are as big as a football, and all layered with thick, yellow fat.

      If you STOP eating carbs and consume zero sugar, your liver will eventually convert all its fat back into blood-sugar again!
      It’s pretty simple. The inverse reaction. Logical, right? I mean not overly complicated…

      I feel losing weight is troublesome as I have seen my friend losing weight when she was overweighted. She started reducing weight by exercising in the gym, eating boiled food, sprouts, eggs, meat and etc. She has also used to run for miles, even though she did not lose much weight. But then she started consuming natural diet seeds which helped her lose weight naturally without any side effects. She continued her workouts and proper diet but just added some supplement to her weight loss process which gave her amazing results.
