In my opinion is being around people who have self-control. These are the people who like you for you. They do not care about how your body looks at the moment. You really need to keep them in your life especially if they are the type to practice self-control. It can be quite contagious. People are often influenced by others eating habits, so if you are quite gluttonous, then you need to be around people who practice portion control and eating the recommended foods. I know that whenever I’m feeling a bit on the unhealthy side, I always visit my one friend. She eats clean and always exercises. I know when I leave I am a healthier and happier person because of it. Plus I always feel lighter. Try this one.

Have you ever been on a diet and noticed how many commercials are dedicated to food? It is no wonder so many American’s have bad eating habits. We know more about take out restaurants than we do about new movies and television shows coming out. Instead I changed the networks I watched, and because of that, I do not binge on the bad commercials anymore and cut out bad cravings. I have heard this food hack for quite some time, but never thought it could work. Apparently you should chew on your food slowly so you will not eat as much. Since you are taking your time eating, your mind will register at the appropriate time when you are full. Yes full, not overly stuffed. It also helps with digestion since your food has been chewed into smaller pieces. It is worth a try, now is it not?
De-stress Your Life
What helps me to distress is health and fitness. Go out for a walk or a jog and eat healthier foods. With a good feeling body, you will have a better mind to make better judgment calls. Remember, stress causes you to stress eat and eat the wrong foods. If you de-stress with health and fitness or even with a friend to talk your problems out with. If you are not into walking or jogging, try some meditation exercises like yoga or Pilates to reduce stress and help with deep breathing exercises.
My final, and another favourite best diet paln hack is dress your best. If you get rid of wearing sweats all day, every day, you will feel better about yourself. Think about it – look at people who dress great every day. They take the time to get out of bed early, fix their hair, put on makeup and even dress for success. These are the people who look as though they have it all. When you wear clothes that fit your body properly, you feel better about your body and yourself. You eat for your appearance if you think about it. I know I always feel at my best when I dress for the life that I want. The best way to look at it is to think about Flight Attendants. They are all polished and clean looking. Hair is always done, make up is perfect and their outfits fit them so well. They look as if they have it all, including the most glamorous job in the world. Perhaps this is why they do not wear sweats.
