Vitamin E

You need adequate vitamin E in your diet to boost your skin’s immunity to skin diseases. Make sure to include avocado, nuts, and leafy vegetables to prevent a range of skin related problems.

Vitamin K

If you have dark circles around your eyes, stretch marks, or skin irritations then it’s probably because you are deficient in vitamin K. It also causes rapid aging in middle-aged adults. The best way to overcome vitamin k deficiency is to include plenty of egg whites, kale, broccoli, and cabbage in your diet.
