Fighting the Poisons And Toxins In Our World

Every day we’re being poisoned and we poison ourselves.  We take in toxins with the food we eat, the beverages we drink, the air we breathe,and the chemicals we use to clean our homes and our bodies with. From the convenience foods we eat, from sugary drinks or even tap water, to what we use as deodorant, shampoo, toothpaste, soap, household cleaning chemicals and more, we’re assaulting ourselves and our immune systems and our bodies at the cellular level.  In this day and age, with pesticides, GMO’s, and fluroidated and chlorinated water, even some of us who try to live a healthier lifestyle are still being assaulted.  What’s worse is our “sick care” industry, while many within it mean well, aren’t doing well, particularly when it comes to treating diseases like cancer.

So what can you and I do?  Well, we can take responsiblity for our own health and try to live as naturally and cleanly as possible.  It isn’t easy by any means, particularly in our country where so many of us are always on the go.  But we owe it to ourselves to try, and to encourage others to do likewise.

In this 45 minute podcast I share some stories of the things that poison us and some common sense tips to try to protect ourselves.  By no means can all of this be covered in 45 minutes, but every little bit of information is power.
