Questioning vaccines ought to be a ‘crime,’ according to a new bill by California Senator Richard Pan

However, these days they’re mostly known for government mismanagement, crime-breeding “sanctuary cities” and disastrous legislation – including one bill designed to make it a ‘crime’ for anyone to question vaccines.
One of the latest such bills has been put forward by California Senator Richard Pan, the same guy who drafted the infamous 2015 law that mandated vaccinations for schoolchildren (SB277). He is now introducing an Orwellian bill that would minimize the right to free speech under the guise of combating “fake news.”
Right to free speech on issues such as vaccines and gun control could be censored
The current bill has a goal of censorship at a truly frightening level. It would essentially prohibit criticism of any “official story.” The bill, titled “SB1424 Internet: social media: false information: strategic plan,” would target not just social media but any website, blog, video, email message or other online communication.
The essence of bill SB1424 is this:
Any person operating an Internet site in California would be obligated to develop a strategic plan to verify any news stories shared on the site. The plan must also have measures to mitigate the spread of false information by using fact-checkers to verify the stories and provide outreach to social media users. A “fake news” warning must be placed on any news story that contains false information.
The bill, if it passes, will require agencies of the California government to develop numerous laws for its enforcement, including penalties for so-called “speech criminals.”
In a nutshell? This bill is a free speech killer.
This bill is in extreme violation of the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Our Founding Founders said nothing about fact checkers or warning labels attached to speech.
So, if anyone wanted to publish and circulate an article about, say, how destructive open borders and sanctuary cities are, or talk about the dangers of vaccines, they would be forced to include warnings, fact-checker overrides and whatever the “Thought Police” wished them to do.
There should be strong protests in California against this draconian bill. If you think it wouldn’t be enforced if passed, think again; enforcement agencies could easily target the largest organizations expressing “unacceptable” viewpoints or political leanings first; they would then gradually work their way to the medium sized and then smaller outlets.
The days of free speech appear to be numbered – unless with speak out NOW
Of course, all of the “fact checkers” would be from groups that support “official positions,” such as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) – which everyone knows is completely in the back pocket of big pharma, especially vaccine manufacturers.
Some good news: With the recent criminal referral sent by Congress to the Justice Department for the investigation of James Comey, Hillary Clinton, Andrew McCabe, Loretta Lynch, Peter Sztrok, Lisa Page and other corrupt individuals, it’s clear the deep state’s days are numbered.
Their nefarious agendas such as censorship will soon be ended as well.
However, until these changes are finalized, it is up to We the People to stay vigilant against rogue legislators pushing scary bills like SB1424. Stand up and make sure your voice is heard.
