Though it has been the toughest thing I have done to date, it was all worth it. Losing 45 kgs, which is almost 40% of the weight of my body weight, and seeing 40% of fat disappeared, gives me a sense of accomplishment each day,” says Nivedith G.

The powerful millennial demographic and near-constant technology use of technology dramatically impacts the nutrition and exercise behaviors, even more than the health experts, who are now less influential than these insta influencers. “People who genuinely undergo weight loss journey, reaching their audiences amid the shifting sand of weight lose trends, implies to inspire people to embrace health-centric, and body-positive lifestyle,” says Nivedith G. “In fact, this was my mere motivation behind sharing my weight loss journey. I desired to inspire people that when I can opt for a healthy lifestyle, they can, too, all it needs is determination and motivation, where I can serve to motivate my audience,” says Nivedith G.

Nivedeth G. further explains that people need to steer clear of the fake weight loss trends that are only meant to rip you off your wallet. “Few of the influencers in this regard serves to monetize and earn by selling people weight-loss drugs or supplements. Trust me; there is no magic potion to shreds those pounds off your body; you need to change yourself and break a sweat, persistently, only then can you make it happen,” he says. 

Nivedith G. further shares tidbits from his weight loss journey and explains that the significant thing to focus on is lifestyle changes, and the rest will fall in place.

“I am proud to say that I have changed my lifestyle rather than just weight loss in the traditional method without any gym or fad diet like keto or any trainers or company that promises weight loss. My progress and outcomes were the real outcomes of adopting healthy habits, and this is what I advise my followers to do. Be cautious of the snares that these influencers put in place for you to fall, making you buy that stuff and those pills, to lose weight,” says Nivedith G.

Yet, no matter how much inspiration you gain from those handsome influencers on the web, it is all futile unless you are valiant to bring your weight down.  “Be mindful not to let your craving and body take charge. The simple formula is make up your mind, and you win 50% of the battle,” says Nivedith G.

Nivedith shares that the best part about losing weight is the surge in your self-esteem. “You begin to confident in your skin. When you are fat, and obese people start looking at you differently, and your self-confidence goes down the roller-coaster ride. Weight gain also dips your energy levels; before my weight loss, I was too sluggish and lazy. So if you are in the same boat, get to the grounds, and you will thank yourself for the lost weight and the splendors it brings in your life,” he says.
