Why I Will NOT Take the Covid Vaccine. I Have Something Better.

The last time I had the flu was about 40 years ago.  I can still remember it well because I was so sick I thought I would die.  Everything ached, I was coughing up bad stuff, and had a constant headache and runny nose.  It took a few weeks to get better even though I was in my prime of life.  That was a real wake up call for me and I decided to do something about it. 

Here is what I have done for many years now.  Every flu season I fortify my immune system with Vitamin C, D3, Zinc, Magnesium, and Iodine which I take daily.  I also drink about 2 liters of water per day.  I eat healthy all the time so no change there.  And if I ever get a scratchy throat or start sneezing here is what I do.

My favourite is Peppermint Oil.  It has worked consistently for me for at least 25 years.  But it’s how I use it that makes it so effective.  This is what I do.  I put about 2 tablespoons of water in a cup and microwave it so that the water is very hot.  Then I put 1 – 2 drops of peppermint oil in the water and quickly cover the top of the cup with a piece of stiff cardboard so that the fumes will not escape.  Then I slide the cardboard over just a tad and breathe in the steamed peppermint.  It’s strong, but it sure works.  I breathe once through my mouth and the second time through my nose, holding it for about 5 seconds each time before exhaling.  If I do this As Soon As I Think I’m Coming Down With Something, I can usually kill it with one dose.  If it doesn’t, I do it again in about an hour or two until it does.   It works Every Time and it is GONE before I even get sick. 

My next one is Colloidal Silver.  I make my own but you can also buy it online.  When I have a scratchy throat or start sneezing, I take a very small sip and let it trickle down my throat, gargle and spit it out.  That is usually all it takes to stop that.  

If I am foolish enough (which I am not anymore) to wait till the flu gets down in my lungs, then I have a nebulizer with 3% hydrogen peroxide mixed down 7 to 1 with distilled water.  This clears it up very rapidly.  One to three treatments is all that takes to start breathing normal again.  

And if none of these work, then I also have an ozone generator and I would breath some of the ozone, but I have never had to yet.  It’s not recommended as breathing too much can damage the lungs, but hey, if it’s that or going to the hospital, I would do it.  Ozone will kill viruses, bacteria, and fungus on contact.  

I have only used the Peppermint and Colloidal Silver for the past 25 years and that has been enough to kill every virus that tried to enter my body.  So that’s what I still do.  Even the CDC’s website says that essential oils will kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi.  So that’s why I Don’t Need a Vaccine.  I have protocols that work Much Better with No Side Effects and are 100% safe.  Why should I take an experimental vaccine that doesn’t even work as well and has many detrimental side effects?   It’s a no brainer.   Try it, you’ll see, It Works.
