My Spirits are high and my Health is good!!!

I continue to Pray for all during this time of time of need.

For those who have not read through the blog, I will give a quick background on myself and my experience with the Zero Carb Lifestyle. Back in 2010 I weighed about 280 lbs. I went on a Low Carb (LC) diet and then a Very Low Carb diet (VLC). I lost a lot of weight that way, then gain most of it back because of cravings. Then I would go back and forth (LC), (VLC) and back to the Standard American Diet (SAD). Before I knew it I had gained back most of the weight. Then I came across the original Zeroing In On Health (ZIOH) Forum. 

WOW, what a concept!!!! So easy even I could do it. No, really…even I could do it……………..

So, I read through the “Journals” of the forum and got a lot of info, but how hard is it:

The original (ZIOH) Forum mantra:

EAT WHEN HUNGRY, DRINK WHEN THIRSTY.

EAT ONLY ANIMAL RELATED FOODS AND DRINK ONLY WATER.

…………..and I did with a VENGEANCE!!!!!!

BTW, I think I can honestly say that I am the sole owner of my complete Original Journal from (ZIOH) Forum. Why, because when I decided to start this Zero Carb Blog I took all of my journal posts and posted them here according to date. So, I back dated all of my journal so that it would be complete. 

Long story short: I lost over 100 pounds as recorded in my Zero Carb Blog on post 4/8/2011. First 20 lbs struggling on (LC) and (VLC) and 80 lbs easily on (ZC). 

So, for all those considering the Zero Carb Lifestyle you will leave (SAD) forever. It will be your “POINT OF NO RETURN”!!!
