My Spirits are Good and my Health is GREAT!!!

Getting back in the saddle is not so easy and some may think.

Y’all, I am in Texas don’t y’all know!!! Hahaha!!!

That laugh………..OH MY…………… OK, it’s not that I still hear voices, well not really!

Where was I??? Oh…..umm….like I was saying getting back here and posting is something that one day I feel fired up and another day I think “who cares”.

There have a been a few times in the past where I stopped posting because of a death of a family member or a friend. There has been times I stopped posting because of school. 

It seems hard at times to get the fire back. I don’t know why.

I am on the edge right now. It is literally day by day. For now I guess I will just have to see.

Alright Then: It’s easy to forget how my Zero Carb Lifestyle has saved my life. It comes to a point where I have just taken it for granted.  Maybe that’s where I sorta, kinda lost the passion to write about it………….. I really dunno.

I can’t believe it’s been about 10 years when I started this Journey. Where in the world did the time go. 

I Tell-You-What: I really miss the Original ZIOH Forum. It’s nothing like today’s social media. I liked the idea that only members could post on your Journal. In those days you had to meet a certain criteria to join. Now-a-days it’s different. You don’t even have to be practicing this Lifestyle to join. You have thousands of members who don’t know much about anything and are quick to be a bully with a keyboard. What’s the use of having thousands of members when only a handful participate and contribute. Back then we had a least somewhat control on the madness. It was not perfect, but what is?

I appreciate it now more than ever. I wish at that time I had the type of appreciation that I have now. I owe a lot to Charles Washington, he created a place where I got my start with the Zero Carb Lifestyle. He gave a lot of “Tough Love” to all of us. Some appreciated it and some did not. I had the privilege of meeting him at a San Antonio “MEAT UP”. Good guy with a Great Heart. I hope he is doing well along with my other brothers and sisters from the Original Zeroing In On Health (ZIOH) Forum. Good times!!!

I have mentioned it many times here that I like to be low key. I have had TV shows contact me wanting to follow me around with cameras to be a segment in their shows. I had to turn them down because I did not want to be all plastered all over the place. That’s the balance I have to keep. 

I have no desire for fame, it’s not my thing. Yet, I want to help. Some folks want to be plastered all over the place and if it makes them happy, I say GO FOR IT!!! There is nothing wrong with that as long as you remember where you came from and you don’t look down on others. 

OK: sermon is over………..hahaha!!!!

I can be a Dreamer sometimes. I guess it’s hard to want to be a Hero yet hide your identity. I guess it only works in the movies and comic books.

Yet, now we have tons of heroes on the front lines defending the ones most in need. They do it knowing the risk it poses to them and their families. These are TRUE HEROES
