Zero Carb Chronicles Retrieved from: http://zero-carb.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss Greetings Friends,

My Spirits are High and my Health is GREAT!!!

I continue to pray for those in need during this worldwide pandemic.

So, I am at the age where I am thinking of early retirement. Yes, yours truly would love to tell my organization to put this job right up their……….their……..well as I have mentioned in the past this is a Rated PG if not G blog and I don’t swear or cuss here or much in real life………so……OK a song comes into mind:

Johnny Paycheck – Take This Job And Shove It

I think he says it all LOL!!!

Actually I could retire today if I really wanted to, but my Dear Wife (DW) would not be onboard with that………why you may ask. Well, because I have finally convinced her to retire. She is taking it under serious consideration and may retire within the next few days or month or so.

The problem today for us would be Health Insurance. The cost to self insure is way out of the ballpark for us. We are relatively healthy people, but you never know. I will put (DW) on my health insurance when she finally pulls the trigger and retires.

OK, so back to the post……….uhh…….yeah……….where was I………

I guess I am getting a little feeble minded in my old age……YIKES!!!

So like I was saying the other day. Living the Nomadic Lifestyle comes with a host of adjustments for those of us that are used to the Bricks and Sticks Lifestyle. If you have been an avid camper the adjustment might be a little more doable. Now throw in Living the Zero Carb/Carnivore Lifestyle to that……well I guess it depends on how you situate yourself.

My ideal situation would be using a travel trailer like this one:

It’s narrow for hauling and only 21 feet long. It has everything I need. I like the idea of a rear entrance. Lots of trailers this size enters in the middle or near where the bed is located. I have to have a seperate shower and toilet. I don’t like the idea of taking a shower where the toilet is in the shower floor pan. YUK to the tenth degree. This one has a nice bed, kitchen, dinning/ lounge area and nice closet. Yes, it fits my bill. I would pull it with a full size V8 truck. This trailer can be actually pulled with a much smaller vehicle. Forest River Coachmen and KZ make these similar models among others I’m sure.

Now (DW) on the other hand would not go for it. I don’t know if she would even want to travel in one of those $500,000 rigs. I sure as to heck would not want to drive a full size bus style rig.

What about the food…….well it has a mid-size fridge and freezer. A lot bigger than the dorm room style fridge. If I was single, I would be eating tons of ground meats (Beef, Chicken, Turkey and Pork). They are versatile, fast and easy to cook and eat. I think I would also have lots of eggs, bacon and pan sausage. I love breakfast because it is fast to make and your imagination can go wild with combinations. I would have stashed can goods such as Tuna, Salmon, Chicken, Ham, Sardines and  Beef Chunks (Keystone brand). You could always carry some freeze dried meats too.

Well, that’s it for now, will there be a part 3? Stay tuned and find out.

Stay Safe my Zero Carb Family and Friends. Fight the Good Fight and Always Battle On!!!

(ZC)er I’v Been Waiting So LONG

Cheers,

Dave
