Another day in the life of a Zero Carber (ZC)er! 

So, today I went to the Jury Assemble Room and thought “Oh well, I will never get picked….no never, ever, never, never get picked”…..yeah right!

OK, this is not my first Rodeo y’all. Heck I am from Texas!! Rodeos are my thing………..really? I guess not. I mean the Rodeo deal.

 Yes, I am from The Great State of Texas. 

I have served on Juries in the past, as a matter of fact somewhere in the cobwebs of this blog I posted my last experience with a picture of the oh so yummy doughnuts they had for us each morning. Why not some BACON??? Good Grief!!! 

Oh, I almost forgot………yes I got picked. 

I was the last one called. I don’t mind serving at all. It’s just the early morning commute and the 13 hour day. Bumper to Bumper traffic to and from the court. Jeez!!!

HEY one good thing they told us:

DOUGHNUTS IN THE MORNING AND MAYBE SOME BREAKFAST TACOS TO BOOT!!!!

What’s with the freaking Doughnuts??? 

You would think in today’s world of Keto and Carnivore on the rise they would offer a little more variety. 

That’s OK, I usually load up on Bacon and Eggs in the morning and take some Boiled Eggs and Pork Skins for a snack.  

My Dear Wife (DW) treated me to some homemade Pork Meatballs…………..YUM to the 10th degree!!!

She steamed them in an authentic Chinese steamer. OMG the bowl was full of Pork Fat and Broth. She seasoned them with a little ginger, salt and white pepper. Simple, but GREAT!!!

You know as the years go by this Lifestyle has become just another day. I guess that’s why I stopped writing in this blog. 

The Thrill is GONE………..not exactly. If nothing else my (DW) is now on an extremely Low Carb (LC) way of eating. It has cured her of some health issues that she was having. Lots of times she eats almost all Meat with very little veggies. Her love for Meat has grown ten fold. I got her hooked on Grilled Lamb Chops.

The Time is Now. Tomorrow never comes. Fight the Good Fight and Always Battle On!!!
