My Spirits are Great and all is well.

Well today we came to a verdict at last. A great day indeed! Four days trying to decide a case with those who don’t see there hands in front of their face can be frustrating. After hours and hours of rational thinking we came to a conclusion that satisfied all.

Alright and now for the Breakfast for today and actually it was the same on Day 2, but I forgot to take a picture.

Or should I say a deconstructed Breakfast Taco. I took out the potatoes and ate only the Eggs and Bacon. I left behind the potatoes and tortilla.

After the the potatoes and tortilla was separated, there was not much to eat but a single rasher of Bacon and about one Egg. 

So what is the significant of all this? You can make it happen if you want………yes you can.

Anyhow when I got home my Dear Wife (DW) made me an oh so wonderful Steamed Chinese Pork Meatball with all the Fat and Broth I could handle. This time I included an actual photo of the scrumptious dish.

All in all the experience was not bad. It took me out of my norm and put in a situation that was to a degree out of my control. I made adjustments to my routine to make sure that I was successful to stay on my path.

The choice is yours, it always has been and always will be. Fight the Good Fight and Always Battle On!!!
