Borrelia Burgdorferi Found In Brain Lesion From Triple Negative Breast Cancer Metasteses

With the help of my Oncologist and Neurosurgeons who drained Cystic Fluid from the brain lesion in my right paretal lobe – Metasteses from Triple Negative Breast Cancer – samples were sent to Dr Alan MacDonald who produced these amazing unique slides showing Borrelia in my brain.

Dear Joanne

The thin films from the fluid removed from the cystic area in the brain

demonstrate :

1. single separate Borrelia spirochetes unassociated with any cell elements

2. Biofilm communities of borrelia spirochetes

3. Monoclonal antibody CB10 positive reactivities with single borrelia and biofilms

confirming that the borrelia are in the burgdorferi family and not borrelia miyamotoi family

4. Single tumor cells with a size that is larger than the size of lobular cancer of breast

and larger than the size of usual ductal cancer of breast

compatible with either the Medullary type Breast cancer which is triple negative

5. Single tumor cells invaded by borrelia spirochetes and demostrating attached

adherent spirochetes on the cell membrane sites but no overtly invasive of the cytoplasm of tumor cells.

This constellation of findings documents the past published research of Eva Sapi from 2021

and raises the differential question of whether cancer of breast independent of borrelia invasion

and borrelia causation of malignancy aggravates the rate of growth of the cancer cells

alternatively, that borrelia invasion of benign breast cells actually induces breast malignancy.

Eva Sapi has also published data to support the effect of Doxycycline and Tigecycline as providing

an adjunct treatmentd which independently kills infected malignant breast epithelian cells

in tissue culture conditions.

I attach new photos from today’s studies which demonstrate borrelia spirochetes invading individual breast cancer cells.

( two stage study using primary Monoclonal Ab CB10 [ positive binding red fluorescence] and second stage immunohistochemistry with Horesradish peroxidase labelled CB 10 and DAB developer to produce brown color spirochetes

and brown color OSP A protein deposits INSIDE OF Malignant Breast Cells.

I request recuts ( or a Loan of the paraffin block from the tumor biospy for us to recut0

of the previous breast tissue biopsy for more elaborate studies ( beyond my abilities to perform)

in Eva Sapi’s laboratory.

Exciting ! and perhaps relevant to the Therapy going forward for Joanne.

PS: Many of the tumor cells in the cyst fluid appear to be degenerated and this might represent

1. Primary tumor cell death

2. Radiation therapy tumor cell death

3. Chemotherapy induced tumor cell death

4. all of the above

The precedent by Dr Eva Sapi’s year 2021 publication offers insights about the ability for Borrelia spirochetes from laboratory cultures to bind to breast ductal epithelial cells ( benign type and malignant ductalType) in a laboratory tissue culture model.

Eva was inspired to undertake that study based on her exceptional career as a cancer researcher at the Yale University School Of Medicine well in advance of her commencement as a premier Lyme Disease researcher.

Noteworthy differences between her reported results with tissue cultures of benign breast cells and malignant breast ductal cells

And my research results with the metastatic breast tumor cells in your brain cystic lesion are:

1. Eva Sapi added pure cultures of laboratory Borrelia to benign and to malignant breast cancer cells in separate tissue cultures.

2. Your metastatic breast cancer in the brain

Contained “ naturally acquired” Wild Type Borrelia burgodorferi spirochetes.

3. Your “ triple negative” type of breast cancer

Is a distinct minority – SEPARATE AND DISTINCT FROM -all possible microscopic types of ductal or lobular breast cancer.

4. Your fluid specimen from the metastatic cystic lesion in your brain demonstrated

BIOFILMS of borrelia(ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS indicative of chronic antecedent infection by virtue of the biofilm form of infection which is always separate and distinct of all Borrelia infections which are free of biofilm forms.

It is possible that the malignant breast cells

In your cystic lesion

Actually acquired their Borrelia while resident in your breast PRIOR TO metastasis to the brain

Versus the alternate possibility that

The Borrelia spirochetes might have already resided in the brain ( Neuroborreliosis)

and only secondarily infected the metastatic medullary breast cells after they invaded the brain.( I favor the former scenario)

NOTE from Joanne – I had no symptoms associated withNeuroborreliosis prior to the Brain lesion seen on MRI head scan to be in right paretal lobe. Which suggests the borrelia went from breast to brain not Vice Versa.)

I also repeat for emphasis the Sapi observation that

Doxycycline therapy alone ( absent cancer chemo) actually killed tumor cells in her laboratory model.

This might afford you an distinct advantage when you commence standard chemo therapy

If your oncologist decides to add Borrelia specific antibiotics to the mix in sufficient doses to achieve good antibiotic levels on your brain

( possibly with the aid of an Ommaya reservoir to deliver therapy directly to the brain ventricles and to the interior of your brain)

Your astute hunch has advanced the understanding of principles of pathogenesis of Breast cancer in general and

Particularly in the very special

Case of triple negative Medullary cancer of breast.
