Five years ago presidential candidate Barack Obama campaigned health care reform. But America was not prepared how to deal with health care. Americans had not had knowledge how developed health care systems works. Then started patch the holes like Michael Moore with Sicko. All process was being done behind closed doors without TV roundtables debates with public advocates, it should be congress but we know how lobbying works, and experts who could present serious arguments and practical things learned from developed systems.

Obamacare is in place with The Supreme court rule that it is a tax. So our tax goes directly to corporate pocket without public control of prices and spending. The goal is cut expenses and make health care affordable for all. This goal can not be achieved in current status quo. If we follow the money then all lines leads to legendary 1% controling our lives from cradle to grave: education, employment, health care, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals all is under control of legendary 1%’s monopoly. Education and health care are expensive, wages are low. Health care in USA is more than twice expensive as in second country in line.

In the aftermath of President Obama’s re-election, in which the implementation of the Affordable Care Act plays a large role, many states are facing an important decision. Should these states act as agents of the Obama administration, and set up state-based versions of Obamacare’s subsidized health insurance exchanges? Or should they say no, leaving implementation of the law in the hands of HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius? In this article, I will discuss a third possibility: that states set up their own markets for health insurance, markets that drive down the cost of insurance by ignoring Obamacare’s tangled web of mandates, regulations, and taxes.

Health insurance exchanges, as liberals have been happy to point out, were originally a conservative idea. But the conservative idea of health insurance exchanges is quite different from the one expressed by Obamacare. Indeed, Obamacare’s exchanges are more accurately a perversion of the term.

“If the ACA didn’t include exchanges as a method to distribute the subsidies,” says Brett Graham of health-exchange consultancy Leavitt Partners, “I guarantee that there would be more exchanges up and running than there are today by a factor of three or four or even five.” Instead, the implementation of Obamacare’s exchanges is increasingly looking like a mess.

Bottom of the line: Point is that health care must be taken out as employer benefit and must be run on state and local level, not federal, as non-profit cooperative system, even out of local politicians involvement- except making law, the way as they regulate corporations.

But, instead of Mr Roy, I see problem as complex, not single issue. Let say as teeth-wheels in transmision. It is important to considering health care with tax reform, minimum wage and social security reforms. I see rise minimum wage as taxation on rich. It will bring tax revenue. Part of tax will be health care tax, so no matter if somoene works in Walmart 20 or 40 hours a week this person will put some money into system and have family coverege.

The prices? If we can not control prices, as they are in corporate parasites hands, how we can make any predictions?

Let say this example. People pay social security and state will use those money build hospital. So people will not have bird on roof but regular investment in social security which brings visible profit to them and whole society not to bunch of crooks only.Simply. Everething where money of ordinary people goes must be taken out of control of corrupted institutions. Then they could not apply austerity programs and skyrising debt.
