The audit was prepared taking into consideration the attestation standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (the “AICPA”). The independent auditor Linford & Company, LLP conducted the audit, which verifies that MedSource National’s information security practices, policies, procedures and operations meet the SOC 2 criteria for security.
