Selling Amnesty for $465

Violating the Constitution and the rule of law.

 While many Conservatives, Tea Party members and Independents have asked for a secure border while enforcing immigration law. Obama decided on his own to issue an executive order that violates a constitutionally passed immigration law in 1986. Why does it violate? While the federal government does have control of immigration the president has no authority to alter a law passed by congress. It was perfect timing of course for this, it’s election year and Obama knows Republicans wouldn’t do much about this. This should make people upset, not just because of this executive order but does this mean any president in the future can gut a law they don’t like?

 Many here in Arizona supported SB1070, including the Arizona Latino Republican Association for enforcement of immigration law. So 70% of Arizonans supported the law, many being Latino’s so calling for deporting illegals isn’t a racist ideology but following the rule of law.

No Consequences

 Applicants must have lived in the U.S. for at least five years, be under the age of 30, and either be honorably discharged from the military or have a high school diploma or GED. An applicant cannot have a criminal background or pose a threat to national security or public safety — meaning that violent criminals, felons, and repeat immigration offenders will not qualify.

 So for you or your parents violating the sovereignty and law of the United States your 30 coins of silver has inflated to $465 American dollars. It’s a good deal if you’re an illegal or a Democrat seeking votes but for the American worker and taxpayer not so much.

 The other problem with no consequences in coming here illegally is that it encourages more to violate the law. Now you just have to come, stay low, don’t get deported and in five years you have now did your end run around our immigration law.

 I know many of these children and young adults only know about living in America, however we need control over how many are entering the United States. This affects us all despite what many would tell you, illegal and legal immigrants are mostly poor looking for new lives. We don’t need anything except you follow our laws, go through the process and swear your loyalty to the United States.

 We need immigrants so never believe anybody who say people opposed to illegal immigration is against legal immigration. We must legal immigration that our economy can absorb, if you are letting too many people in and there is no jobs they burden the system. The economics are equally important and Americans of all races should come first, We should take all the immigrants we can have jobs for.

 I would love for everyone to enjoy the freedom we have, just not at the expensive of Americans losing jobs and costing taxpayers money.
