Tuta's Son Huber Threatens to Kill Officers Involved in his Arrest

Huber Gomez Patino, son of Servando Gomez Martinez, alias “La Tuta,”the premier leader of the criminal group “Caballeros Templarios” was recorded by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) at the federal maximum security prison No.1 which is located in Almoloya, State of Mexico.

No.1 is Mexico’s only true maximum prison and one from which there has never been a successful escape. He is incarcerated with El Chapo, and Z40, among other notorious bigs.

There, the alleged member of the the Templarios was made available to the Fourth Court of Federal Criminal Proceedings in Toluca, State of Mexico, to face charges for his alleged role in the offenses of organized crime, possession of firearm exclusive use of the armed forces and drug crimes.

According to a notice issued by the Council of the Federal Judiciary, in the coming hours the trial judge should order him his initial statement.

In Toluca legal Proceedings on Wednesday, will define the legal status of the son of “La Tuta”.

However, there is also the possibility that the defense will request an extension of the constitutional deadline to submit rebuttal evidence, the trial judge would have an additional 48 hours to decide whether he makes the formal arrest or if Patiño Gómez is released for lack of evidence.

Huber Patiño Gómez was arrested early Saturday, June 21 while attending a party.

At the time of his arrest, was in possession of a firearm and kilo of Meth.

After being arrested he threatened to kill the federal and military officers involved in his arrest.
