There were between 50 and 60 units with armed people, as reported to the emergency systems, who, by the way, did not respond at the time of the clash between rival groups of La Linea and “El Jaguar”.

The fight for control of that region, against the new Juarez Cartel, has left more than 60 dead in less than two years.

Last August in Madera, an 18-year-old woman was identified as Magdalena “N”, alias “La Güera”, whom the authorities pointed out as the drug partner’s partner. The woman was arrested in a joint operation carried out by elements of the State Security Commission (CES), the Ministry of National Defense, the Federal Police and the National Guard.

The Attorney General of the State (FGE) West Zone confirmed this morning the confrontation between drug traffickers with at least two dead, seven incinerated vehicles and with bullet impacts.

People from the ejido stressed that alleged members of La Línea Group, armed wing of the Juarez Cartel, have returned to the area, and added to the deprivation of freedom of some people, a situation that officially has not been confirmed.
