SUBJECT: BREACH OF RESPONSIBILITY TO THE INDIGENOUS HEIR OF THE LAND

As I research  and investigate indigenous people, those known as ” Black”, I have encountered countless set-ups, verbal and physical assualt and harassment by Police, State Citizens, Residents, and agents/ informants working on behalf of the State and local government on the land Morena (formerly known as “America”).

I have been Denied Food from certain community based “organizations” and Churches for not having a “State ID”,  ”NAME”, or “SIGNATURE”. I have been told by those conducting business on the land that I must “purchase” or “buy” something in order to use the bathroom (toilet). Friends who have offered me a place to sleep have been harassed by State, “City” agents that if they give me a place to sleep they would lose their “job” or home.

Harassment from their law enforement and agents include computer hacking, static-electrical “interruptions”, and airborn chemical assault (Scopolamine and like substances), and the theift of a camera that contained material related to the Missing Womens and children. Thus preventing me from fully documenting this investigation. 

The Prison industry, State Issued Executions and the countless killings by police are examples of genocide and reclassification of “black” to steal the land are further violations of The Responsibility to Protect doctrine.

The ORDER

I, Denderah-Cherokee- Washitaw-Brothers:EL, order the economic measures and sanctions under the Responsibility to Protect agreement and the fast and speedy removal of all finanical based commerce (trade) on The Sovereign Land Morena  (formerly known as ” America”). 

Any attempt to “repatriate” me or any other indigenous  heir to the land will result in the immediate  removal from the land and condemnation to a sea barge (vessel).

All remaining retail inventory, services must be offered for Free.   

The Responsibility to Protect is a global political commitment which was endorsed by all member states of the United Nations, and is a requirement for land use to conduct commerce  (Business). A key component to The Responsibility to Protect global compact (agreement) was to prevent genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity. This global agreement is a requirement for use land, and to conduct commerce (trade). 

The principle of the Responsibility to Protect is based upon the underlying premise that sovereignty entails a responsibility to protect all populations from mass atrocity crimes and human rights violations. The principle is based on a respect for the norms and principles of international law, especially the underlying principles of law relating to sovereignty, peace and security, human rights, and armed conflict.

The Responsibility to Protect provides a framework for employing measures that already exist (i.e., mediation, early warning mechanisms, economic sanctions, and chapter VII powers) to prevent atrocity crimes and to protect civilians from their occurrence. The authority to employ the use of force under the framework of the Responsibility to Protect rests with United Nations Security Council ( as the overseeing body for State’s actions on Indigenous Land), and The Indigenous People by written ordinance.
