Calling out both Light & Dark Cabal & their locations

I am the Spirit King on Earth after next new Moon.
I am calling about both the dark cabal and light cabal shake hand and surrender under the throne of the God of all life.

Boss Dark Cabal location: Algeria, Africa

Boss Light Cabal location: border China-Vietnam

All of you are scaring to die scaring to lost and fighting until the last battle. But I already said many time that there is another option is surrender and shake hand live happy together in unlimited-potential Earth land.

All of you are both greatly violate many spirit rule & law.
The reason is only because of mis-understanding and revenge against each other.

It could be some beings with scary look knock door normal people but normal scared because they didn’t know and thought they are evil, but the truth is that scary look beings living under the Moon knocked the door to asked for normal vegetable foods, which they cannot find because the “normal beings” grab it all under the Sun.

How sad is that? Thousand years passed but both still cannot understand and reach the peaceful agreement.
