All Nations Need New Standard for Police, Public Protector Position

The military people were trained not just for fighting with military from other group/nation.
Police, public protector/guards are a joke! They have no strength, only with guns and can easily be bought!

All nations need to raise the standard:

All the Police & public protector/guards must pass physical military test! So all the retired/out of service military people will have priority to work as police in their nation/state/district.

The solution now must be:

All the police have 24 months to physically train officers who will still receive normal salary. During this time period, the military people who pass some “police soft skill” will take over.

Just look at the physical presence of police in all nation, they have no strength, are over-weight, only know using gun!

Police position must be the better version of military where they must have the physical strength first so they can take down the criminal without using gun in some cases.

You can only remove gun from the people if police also have no gun! In order to do that, the police must be brave, strong, there is no better or tougher people than the ones who pass through the test of military service!

Of course I am talking about the current situation on Earth.

You must reward the ones who willing the serve in military, and are ready to protect their nation.
