New Case
Now, I still have not gotten the new evidence on Swisher from the FOIA request, as I have not been able to get the VA to send the materials yet. I have mailed them a letter and they keep saying that they want to send a disk to me. The problem is that I don’t know if I can read a disk here. But we did get new evidence from the FDA as they sent a letter saying that Mr. Swisher was never approved to test any product for human consumption.
Here is the information on the new case I was telling you about.
Rod: We need to file a 2241 in court. Maybe you could forward this message to CM for me and get his opinion on how to proceed. I’m still trying to get B to finish the last page. The new 2241 with exhibits is now 50 pages. B keeps getting pissed off for no reason and then does not finish the last page. I’m really quite tired of the BS.
[A § 2241 petition, also known as a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, is a civil lawsuit filed by a federal prisoner to challenge the legality of his or her custody in situations where the § 2255 motion would be inadequate or ineffective. The number "2241" refers to the law that allows for such petitions.]

So as you can see, it is now possible to actually remove 20 years, and then get all charges including taking money out of my own back account to all run concurrently, or together. “This would mean that I have been locked up for 6 years to many”.
Now, we are able to use the FDA Letter as new evidence.

B, got involved in helping me solve my fast move problem, and in the middle of that he added a couple of hundred for himself as he ran around borrowing from everybody who would loan some money to him in my name.
But I have been willing to help him raise funds anytime he needs them if he would just finish the damn brief that he is now working on.
Now I got moved and he has not been finishing the brief.
I don’t know what to do.
Then B got involved again, trying to move me to another cell, where he wanted me to live, and no one was told about this move as it was kept a secret. I never told Bob to move me again and I was getting along with the new person that I now live with (Richard).
Then one of the three people who was being moved got angry and did not want to move and the move was terminated. Now Bob has yelled and screamed at me and been rather abusive in general. The brief is still not finished but it is almost finished. I need to go and get back all of my papers.
So, now I was going to the Law Library to try to find someone to help me finish my brief. It is a shame that the person whom I helped to become a paralegal does nothing to help me with my case ever. So, I’m overall frustrated. Dennis now complains non stop about how much money he has sent and I’m very tired of trying to even talk to him.
I do get $200 a month from my parents and Craig, but that does not go very far to help me pay for any bills especially legal. There is a lawyer that I can work with named Rick. I will talk to him today. I must do something or no body is ever going to finish my legal work. Maybe I should just do it my self.
Anyway, a new legal aid would charge a whole lot less and probably do the job. I know that B has ability but if he does not use it to be helpful and leaves me hanging all the time I do not know what to do.
Only a few people really try to help me in this situation. To just make 10,000 phone calls to the wrong people really does not help the overall situation.
We now have three court rulings that would help me to get released so that I can go to live in a different country. I’m ready to go and not look back. No one has stepped forward to find me a good legal aid as of this time. I wish I would have hired a good paralegal 10 years ago, instead of depending on a person who was working against me.
