534 Days and Finally The Appeal Begins
534 days ago the Judge threw Daniel in Prison…just moments after the Jury said guilty. Though Her Honor would not allow Daniel to put on a defense, though the Prosecution and Judge pulled some unforgiveable shenanigans, though Big Pharma colluded with the FDA Daniel was ripped from his family and loved ones…in court without being able to get our hugs or speak to us. Ever afterwords to be known as the MMS Scape Goat/almost Martyr with Felon for his nickname.
APPEAL UPDATE:
But day 534 opens a new segment for this galiant warrior…his Appeal begins today. Today!! The Appellate process to overturn Daniel’s conviction finally ~ begins Monday-Nov. 14, 2016. Please note it is a PROCESS.
(Step 1) ~ Monday, Nov. 14th Daniel’s opening brief for the direct appeal will arrive at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals;
(Step 2) ~ Then the Government has 30 days to respond. Daniel expects the Government will seek and be granted an extension…perhaps for several months which could delay their filing by months;
(Step 3) ~ Once the Government’s filing is posted ~ Daniel will have 14 days to reply.
(Step 4) ~ Once all briefs and arguments are in, the Court can rule immediately or take as long as it needs or wants to to decide it.
DANIEL’S SUMMATION: ”Dad…please tell my Supporters that I need them each and every day ~ as I do not expect a decision sooner than six months from now. Worse, though I hate to imagine it, it could be another year. It could also go miraculously smooth and be just a few months.”

Lonely days and Lonely nights are taking their toll…
Please contine praying for Daniel and his wife and daughter (Karis & Sabby). Loneliness. Separation. Missing life’s Hallmark Moments while being detained among hundreds of criminals…which is always a serious concern.
Some House Danger News
Daniel’s wife and daughter have been getting sicker by the week. Why? Inspection of their rental house has uncovered mold throughout. The amount is unbelievable and the consequences of continuing to live in the mold are unthinkable. Renting a different home is a horrendous moving chore, school disrupting and a big jolt to the pocket book…but they are packing right now…they need our help.
Some GOOD NEWS…
Finally the Prison is allowing Daniel to receive books ~ which must be Paperback and, if new, sent by the book store or other publisher. Currently he requests Technical -Scientific – and documented Alternative Health genre.
