Whale deaths are being linked to human interaction and industrial changes to the sea floor, where bruises have been found on mammals’ bodies. Governments, Nongovernmental organization (NGO) and news media offer multiple explanations, except the most obvious underwater tunnels,

Offshore wind farms which are as tall as Skyscrapers.and Nuclear waste Radioactive contamination in the drinking water.
This is an All Out Crisis! Clearly You cannot handle it under your governmental systems.

Effective Immediately Shut-down All Seats of Governments For Good; this includes All Capitals, State Seats of government, Local Seats of Government, de facto Seat of Governments, Regional authorities.

Shut-down All Terms for Seats of Local Governments For Good of various levels and Countries, such as but not limited to,
offices,
departments,
bureaus,
divisions,
arms,
agencies,
divisions,
subdivisions,
subdepatments, Others;
County seat (“United States”),
County town (“United Kingdom” and “Ireland”),
City hall/Town hall,
Barrio-pueblo (“Puerto Rico”).

Shut-down All Buildings as Seats of Government For Good
(such as but not limited to)
“Canada”, buildings on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Ontario, where the Canadian Parliament meets, and Others.
“India”, sites in New Delhi, the Sansad Bhavan (legislative seat), the Rashtrapati Bhavan, Lok Kalyan Marg (executive seat), Supreme Court of India (judicial seat), and Others.
“Philippines”, buildings in National Capital Region (NCR)/Metro Manila, the GSIS Building in Pasay (Senate of the “Philippines”), Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City, House of Representatives of the “Philippines” (legislative seat), the Malacañang Palace (executive seat), Supreme Court of the Philippines (judicial seat) in Manila, and Others.
