It’s obvious the USA, Europe and Israel have to be defanged, but just doing it to the USA will change the policy of the other two.
So it becomes obvious that the USA has to go.
This could mean simply a Trump win at the next election and a change of direction but failing that the USA will need to be destroyed at least politically.
Everyone with any sense knows it, including Americans.
This may unfortunately or fortunately, it depends which way you look at it, mean that American cities are destroyed.
If the government thinks they can ride it out underground so be it. There will be nothing to govern above ground. Your military will be destroyed. Your cities will be destroyed. What will be left to govern?
Without the military you will not govern anything and will just die in your caverns when the air runs out.
This may result in destruction for Russia and China as well, provided American nuclear retaliation is successful. This is something they are both prepared for.m, otherwise whoever is left may even die from the nuclear winter.
