AT the G20 meeting in Cannes in early November, a supposedly embarrassing private conversation between Obama and Sarkozy was overheard through a mistakenly left on microphone.
Sarkozy -”I cannot bear Netanyahu, he’s a liar.”
Obama – “You’re fed up with him, but I have to deal with him everyday,”
But inside sources very close to President Sarkozy have passed along a second private conversation held later that day from a hotel room where the two heads of state had a tête-à-tête. The source, someone deep inside the security apparatus of Élysée, is adamant that the first conversaion was staged in order to create an apparent buffer between Israel and NATO before the attack on Iran.
The following is a transcript of the just released second private conversation between the two heads of state
Sarkozy – “Thanks for the book, I hope it doesn’t continue to get it right, has Red given the green light yet for the strikes?”
Obama -“Yes, end of November, beginning of December, Boris has yet to agree, looks like he wants a buck fifty, I think he’ll get it.”
Sarkozy -“That’s all we need, on top of the mess we have now. And the second shoe, how quickly will it drop after the strike?”
Obama -“Downdraft, after the straits close, mini-collapse, and then we do the shift, in the name of world security and peace.”
Sarkozy – “Does Boris have his lines down?”
Obama – “Hopefully better than you did this at our last performance (laughter)”
White House Press Secretary Jay Carney has categorically denied that this conversation ever took place and French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe has called this a conspiracy plot dreamed up by “tin hats”.
Nonetheless, the decoding has begun. Many versions have emerged, but the one offered by Robert Frisk of
The Independent has gained the most traction. According to Frisk, “The book is definitely
Cactus Land.”
Cactus Land is an apocalyptic novel that has recently caused a major stir because has predicted several key Middle Eastern events, (it can be downloaded for
free here).
Frisk continues, “Red is most likely Rothschild, which means ‘red shield’ and is thought to be the ultimate play caller on international events. The second shoe is most likely the massive currency realignment including the split up of the euro and the creation of a new world reserve currency. Boris is obviously Vladimir Putin and the ‘buck fifty’ is surely the price of crude.”
Taken together, it would seem that the events of the last few years are finally culminating in the “big bang” that will create a new world order. We should have the answer by year’s end.

Firstly, it’s ‘Robert Fisk’, not ‘Frisk’.
Secondly, I just ran a pretty thorough search of his work in The Independent, dating back to 1992. No references to ‘cactus land’ or permutations thereof. No references to the quotes the author attributes to ‘Frisk’.
Thirdly, I ran the same search using an anonymised search engine and proxy, so you can’t claim Google is censoring anything. No hits. At all.
The only place I found that links ‘Frisk’ to ‘Cactus Land’ is a website with the same name, set up to promote Bonomo’s book! It explicitly says on its contact page that it’s created by Bonomo. And surprise surprise, it also says he’s an ‘internet marketer’, and ‘All articles written by Robert Bonomo unless otherwise noted.’
His site says he’s written for other alternative media sites. But even the posts he’s written for other sites, like Infowars.com, turn out to have a plug for his book at the end. I checked! And that’s where you can actually find something attributed to a ‘Robert Bonomo’ on the site in question – Rense.com’s search engine comes up empty, despite being listed on his personal website as a news site that he’s written for.
I think this is BS from an author trying to cash in on a hot topic. If that’s the case, it’s dishonest and cheap.
