Trump Security Adviser Gen Flynn Reacts to Iranian Ballistic Missile Test +Video

Retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. and Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Michael Flynn, President Donald Trump’s new national security adviser, during a press briefing on Wednesday warned the Iranian government that Trump is putting them “on notice.” Flynn was responding to reports that once again Iran tested a ballistic missile, thus likely violating a United Nations resolution.

Flynn, a renowned intelligence expert, told reporters that President Trump and his administration “condemns such actions by [the Iranian military] that undermine security, prosperity and stability throughout and beyond the Middle East [which] puts American lives at risk.” Many find his straightforward manner and candor a welcome change from the so-called “nuance” of the Obama White House and its verbal gymnastics.

During the briefing, Flynn, who served under President Barack Obama until retiring, took a swipe at Trump’s predecessor: “The Obama administration failed to respond adequately to Tehran’s malign actions — including weapons transfers, support for terrorism and other violation of international norms,” he said. “The Trump administration condemns such actions by Iran that undermine security, prosperity and stability throughout and beyond the Middle East and place American lives at risk,” said the decorated soldier.

On Sunday, the United States and Israel charged that weekend test launch, the first by Iran since Trump was sworn-in as Commander in Chief, violated UN Resolution #2231. The resolution, voted on after the Obama/Kerry/Iran nuclear deal was signed in 2015, stipulates that Iran would cease test-firing ballistic missiles. General Flynn and his boss President Trump called for a tougher line on Iran. Trump even threatened during his campaign to tear up former President Obama’s “signature nuclear deal,” which alleviated many of the Iranian sanctions in exchange for limitations on the country’s nuclear program.

“Everything with this news media about Obama is a ‘signature’ deal or a ‘signature’ law or a ‘signature’ signature. Whether it’s Obamacare or Iran or Syria or any number of other presidential actions, Obama’s ‘signature’ legacy appears to be one of failure, bad choices and even worse decisions,” said Michael Baker, a former police officer-turned-political strategist.

According to a story appearing on the Conservative Base website,  Iran’s news service reported that the Republican Guard maintains a well-protected underground facility in which it stores long-range ballistic missiles, Iran’s semi-official Fars News Agency reported. Footage of the underground missile bunker was aired on Iranian state television. According to the report, a cache of ballistic missiles were displayed including a model with a range of about 1,800 miles. That specific missile is a threat to Israel and to U.S. military installations and embassies in the region.

U.S. military and intelligence agencies have testified in Congressional hearings that the ballistic missile threat to the United States from North Korea is real and that Iran could soon have the capability
to strike the U.S. homeland.

Currently, the news media are covering up a situation that occurred in the Obama White House involving his own national security adviser and her assistant. According to a Conservative Base news story this year: In the aftermath of being subjected to repeated lying by President Barack Obama’s national security adviser, Susan Rice — especially her now infamous Benghazi fairy tales — and deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes’ punkish statements in the New York Times Magazine about deceitfully getting an Iranian nuclear deal “victory,” at least one congressional committee wants to see change. Flynn is that change and his assistant K.T.
