Brian Williams, NBC Nightly News on Fukushima, "the Coverage is Designed to Calm People." Of 99 Nuclear Accidents only Three Have Leaked into Main Stream Media Fukushima, Chernobyle and Three Mile Island.

Sociopaths believe the truth is whatever they declare it to be. They think they have nothing to fear but a frightened public and make attempts to “Calm People.”

Here’s an example:

Nuclear advocate Stuart Arm maintains that, “apart from Chernobyl, no nuclear workers or members of the public have ever died as a result of exposure to radiation due to a commercial nuclear reactor incident”.

What he fails to mention are the tragically deformed babies (shocking pics, careful here) caused by depleted Uranium used in the Gulf War, Iraq and other United States military expansion campaigns, possibly because depleted Uranium is not classified as a “Chemical Weapon”, something much easier to access by smaller countries than DU (which also affects US soldiers…)

“Fukushima is No Longer a Japanese Problem. It is a Global Media Blackout Problem. It is a West Coast Problem. It is Now Our Personal Problem”.

The other problem is that the Chernobyl disaster occurred in 1986, almost 30 years ago, which scares everyone – Tom Dennen

From Wikipedea (The First Public Leaker):

Benjamin K. Sovacool is an associate professor at Vermont Law School, where he manages the Energy Security and Justice Program at VLS’s Institute for Energy & the Environment. He is the author of Global Energy Security and Climate Change, published in 2011 by MIT Press. According to Sovocool, here have been 99 accidents at nuclear power plants. Fifty-seven occurred since the Chernobyl disaster,

56 out of the 99 have occurred in the USA where more than 30 Fukushima-type GE reactors are waiting for the earth to shake…

Serious nuclear power plant accidents include the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster (2011), Chernobyl disaster (1986), Three Mile Island accident (1979), and the SL-1 accident (which you may not have heard of, that occurred in 1961).

Other accidents that did not make the corporate-controlled “News” are the Nuclear-powered submarine mishaps incluinge the K-19 reactor accident (1961), the K-27 reactor accident (1968), and the K-431 reactor accident (1985). Serious radiation accidents include the Kyshtym disaster, Windscale fire, a radiotherapy accident in Costa Rica, a radiotherapy accident in Zaragoza, a radiation accident in Morocco, the Goiania accident, a radiation accident in Mexico City, a radiotherapy unit accident in Thailand, and the Mayapuri radiological accident in India, none of which made “Headlines”.

Theft and trafficking of nuclear material and attacks on nuclear plants (the Great Fear after the Russian econonic meltdown) are even less publicised.

The International Atomic Energy Agency maintains a website reporting recent accidents HERE
