Flint attorney Damika Pace-Byrd announces run for 68th District Court Judge

FLINT, Michigan — Damika Pace-Byrd, a Flint attorney, announced Tuesday in a press release that she plans to run for 68th District Court Judge in Flint.

Pace-Byrd, a graduate of Northern High School, received her bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University and then went on to receive her law degree from Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing.

Pace-Byrd has ran her own private law firm in Flint for the past 11 years.

A life-long Flint resident, she has also served as a public defender for the 68th District Court.

A fund-raising event for Pace-Byrd’s campaign will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. June 3 at the Vet’s Club, 2408 S. Saginaw St. in Flint.

Oh Yes!!! You should know how it feels to be on the losing side of Mrs. Pace-Byrd’s exceptional legal skills. I believe you lost to her during your trial, just as the incumbent will lose to her in November!! Go Pace-Byrd!

Oh, God is right! Thank God that He gave Mrs. Pace-Byrd her exceptional attributes and skills. There is no better candidate for 68th District Judge and it will show in November! Damika Pace-Byrd, Flint’s next 68th District Judge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh Yes!! It is nice to know, a lifelong Flint native is seeking a seat on Flint’s 68th Disctrict Court. Graduated from Flint Northern, currently practices law in Flint, and actually lives in Flint. I say, OH YES WE CAN elect Flint attorney Damika Pace-Byrd to Flint’s 68th District Court!!!

You don’t know her i do and she don’t want me to start talking, or youtube posting, but if she keep this — up i will, it’s not over and Damika, you know it, do you need the tell all book open, stop now, and don’t come over looking for the book, look at the Battle v Brenda Battle Jordan case, i will not say anymore, only don’t you try it.

It’s a testimate to Attorney Damika Pace-Byrd’s professional ability as a superb attorney, to have those persons whom she has defeated in court TRY and run smear campaigns to discredit her. It’s laughable! I can only give you, Ms. Jordan the advice that you should NEVER inform the public of your personal legal battles, pun intended. Your case, according to public record, shows that you filed for divorce from your then husband, Mr. Battle, gave up custody, visiting rights and all legal rights to your children, all so that you could marry the man for whom you left your family for…that’s sad. You were even thrown out of Judge Farrah’s court because you attempted to physically verbally threaten him and his court clerk. You asked for “a tell-all book,” so there it is.

I see that it is time to show you the facts, of the truth, i won my case, even after the Manifest injustice, of the Battle vs Battle Jordan Case, Damika L Pace Byrd, who along with her plaintiff, did not show up for court on March -10 -03,[ Default] the News was with me i have every court date on tape,…But the fix was in.. better none as the [ Damon 10,000 screw, ] a down payment and a written scenario that indicated step by step how to play the game, against my case and other simple divorce situations, she used deliberate defrauding of the court even by Court personnel, certainly in my case, you can ask Court TV, and Life Time, the UFM Flint ,pass members of The Flint Journal who was on my case from the start, oh yes the FBI, too ,i will post all of the 3 years ,of my case, on youtube and other sites that is now a book, and will be soon seen .the fix was in before the divorce procedure, and i was never put out of court, i won my case, you are the joke …They blocked evidence and records was ignored, because of that case. we have over 200 cases like it .look at our youtube of [The Manifest injustice video] my Attoy. Kenneth C Reed, said I was forced out of the marital home against my will, he also said if this [lie] go on[ Brenda Battle Jordan will suffer manifest injustice if this Court accepts everything alleged . all of my Attorneys True Copies are missing frome the case.

I did not give up my rights for custody, or visiting , i still have my rights, the case was corrupt , with conspiracy, and obstroction of Justice, the perjurey under Oath , the FBI said Slander libel was publish,too even after i had more than proved my case, it's a good thing that the criminal law society UFM City of Flint Prof. Mars, and her law students had the 3 years of the case to do a study on the Battle vs Battle Jordan case, the study did get stoped, after the court found out about, UFM Mars did say on tape from what she saw i should have gotten my son. but The [Fix Was In].oh [ the conspiracy was in ] thank you Ken Palmer,Flint Journal for your hard work on this case, and so many others like News Fox 66…i will also add the FBI info about this case on youtube too.

Pace Byrd was not my Attorney,

You are darned skippy she wasn’t your lawyer! She makes it a point not to take head cases as clients. After reading your blogs about conspiracies, FBI involvment (really? In a divorce case?), “fixes being in”, Lord help the lawyer you did have. He should have made sure you received legal as well as psychological advice! Thank God for Mrs. Pace-Byrd and your ex-husband. At least now we know the kids are safe!

The tell all videos are up and running, let that show why you don’t know , Damika Pace- Byrd..and her corrupt court games, the court worker call me to tell her part, before moving to LA, God Bless her, you can still see her on youtube, 12-17-01, the date of my motion for custody for my son, you can see the worker telling me to go home, it will not be any court on my motion that, day, thank God someone told me to get back in the court room, or it would be over….3 years later i won my case but did not get my son. But it’s not over.. so what do you think you know the court made the tapes and the tapes don’t lie we have all 3 years on tape.. ask Life Time TV.

In the video, on youtube, see { Brenda Battle Jordan custody case 12-17-01,} on that day my motion should have been before the Judge at 1:30 it was 3:39, when the i said ” what about the Battle vs Battle Jordan case” the Judge said ” where is it “we don’t have that in the court today,” I said it was my motion iam a Pro Per, and i want it today, the Judge , who was not in the Conspiracy at the time said” i don’t see why we can’t do Battle today” court worker bring in the Battle vs Battle Jordan case,” she was the same one that told me to go home , after 3 years, she called me , i can play the phone call tape . but i don’t need to.. it was when the other side was in court, she told me to get down to the court with everything i had “bring every one you can with you, they are saying that you are going to Kill your kids Mr. Battle and others,get down hear now”, by that time i had a Attoy. who said to me on the phone, [ i can play that call to], “oh don’t worry, i have this case,” so i call the court worker i said ” my Attoy. told me not to worry he’s got it. the worker said you better get down hear now, that is why i call her my court angel, i did get down to the court, they were all there, the Judge said in open court ” Do you have your Attory. I said in open court ” my attoy. told me he did not need to be in the court today ” The Judge said ” well you better call him “i called my Attory. he said to me on the phone ” they are down there” i said yes, he said ” I quit,” ” that lady is crazy” come and get your money back’ i went back in the open court, the Judge said to me ” is he coming” i said ” He Said No And He Quit That Lady Is Crazy” The Judge said “well what are you going to do ” I said “have court” iam back to pro per” that court date is also on tape. stop now or i will show and tell all.

Listen, Ms. Jordan, this is NOT a forum for you to retry your case. It’s over, deal with the consequences of your actions. Let’s get back to what’s important: the candidacy of our next 68th District Judge, Mrs. Damika Pace-Byrd! Flint deserves, and will receive, the appointment Of Damika on the bench in November. Not only is she a lifelong residence with strong ties to the community and it’s needs, she has strived to make sure justice prevails with every case before her. Through her work during her early law career, as a court appointed lawyer for the 68th District, her 11 year private practice, involvment in community affairs and her dedication to her husband and children, Flint will finally get the chance to elect someone who TRULY puts it’s citizens first, her neighbors. Come and join the celebration in November, as we elect Damika Pace-Byrd 68th District Judge!!

I don’t need to retry my case, but i will say what i need to say about this joke, of an Attorney, and by the way i won my case. that is why it’s not over and will never be , take a look at my youtube videos, and then tell me who won, but because of the Court games i did not get my son… see it your way and i will see my way.. and our Book and Movie will show it all.

What is conspiracy: a illegal plot.

The Fix is in: Damon 10,000 ( screw) one pay 10,000 to start with and have court their way, it a 3 year plan, seen over and over , deliberate defrauding of the court and others,in simple divorce situations,custody cases too, i have studied the court for 5 years, and a lot of other cases, along with others, we had some News on it, we can show it all, and don’t come looking for it, it’s every where, ask TV Judge Joe Brown, who saw the court tapes because one of his workers wanted to do a movie on it, Richard Velasquez , who was Senior producer for the Judge Joe Brown Show, Court TV, have the tapes, life time have the tapes, the Flint Journal had the tapes, Jim at Fox 66, was the one that was helping on our case, untill he got a call to stop, that is what he said, Jim was good to us,and a big help, with the , Default case, that should have won my son, Ken Palmer launched his own investigation on the case, he asked ” how do i think Mr. Battle got all of those people to work with him, i wish i could tell him now , they all lost their jobs for the most part, even Mr. Battle, who was at the time teaching in the Flint Schools, as for me iam a ,Pro- Life Director of a Genesee County Board , Executive of the Genesee County Republicans Executive  Board , President & Dean Of a School Board, 2008, 2009 - 2010 -2011.
