What’s Winston Churchill doing without his ever-present cigar? And why is Clement Hurd holding nothing at all in his extended hand? At the very least, whoever removed Hurd’s cigarette could have replaced it with something else. Here’s a few examples, taken from the Bureaucrash’s Flicker photostream. They were inspired by a “Smoking is Healthier Than Fascism” campaign about 6 years ago.
