US Marshals Auctioning Seized “Incredible Hulk” Car

US Marshals are looking to auction off a vehicle decked out ‘Incredible Hulk’ style.
The 1989 Chevrolet Caprice was seized and forfeited to the government during a drug investigation against Thomas King. He was arrested in Butler County in March.
The vehicle features a Corvette LS7 engine and drive train, as well as 30″ custom painted wheels.
The grimacing face of the ‘Incredible Hulk’ graces the car’s hood and front doors.
Funds from the auction will be given to the Department of Justice Assets Forfeiture Fund, used to supplement law enforcement programs, community programs and to compensate victims.
Approximately 500 pounds of marijuana, five luxury vehicles, and a machine gun were seized in a weekend drug bust in Butler County.
Sheriff Richard Jones called it one of the biggest cases his office has seen in a long time.
Thomas King, 31, was arrested Saturday on Simms Road in Fairfield. Authorities say he was a “major player” in the drug game. King is from Fort Wayne, Indiana, and has a home in Butler County.
Jones says King received 500 pounds of marijuana, which was delivered to him in a semi truck that wasn’t attached to a trailer. Officers say the drugs were kept in the bed of the truck’s cab.
The drugs were coming to Butler County from Arizona, according to Jones. He made the connection that the marijuana probably made its way to the United States from Mexico.
He says this arrest is a message for other drug dealers
“Keep sending me your equipment, your money and your drugs. You’re really coming to the wrong place. All of us in law enforcement, the feds, state, the counties, and the local jurisdictions, were all in this together, and we’re going to take your stuff and you’re going to go to jail,” said Jones.
The drugs and cars totaled almost $1 million in seized property. The vehicles included a Lexus, a Denali, and an ‘Incredible Hulk’ decorated car.
King is charged with possession of drugs. Authorities say additional federal charges are expected and more arrests will come as the investigation continues.
The investigation was a joint operation between the Butler County Undercover Regional Narcotics Task Force and the United States Drug Enforcement Agency.
