D'Arcy Steiner

D’Arcy Steiner is Director of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships at the Competitive Enterprise Institute. In this role, she develops and maintains relationships with our generous supporters and partners, working together toward our shared goal of advancing liberty. Prior to joining CEI, D’Arcy was a Manager of Member Relations at the Seminar Network, and previous to that role, she was a Development Officer at Americans for Prosperity.

 D’Arcy was raised in a military family between McLean, Virginia, and Brussels, Belgium. She studied Modern Foreign Languages at James Madison University, with specific focuses in French, Russian, and Chinese. Outside of CEI, she is actively engaged within the local equestrian community, helping train and show green horses and volunteering with young riders.
