Dozens Of Grackles Drop Dead In Canada (Video)

I’m still not sure which theory I agree with, on these animal deaths. HAARP could be one possibility or the chemtrails they are spraying regularly. Or another environmental toxin we aren’t aware of? What ever it is, it is killing our environment and the eco-system.   We all heard of it raining cats and dogs, but what about raining birds? Earlier this week in Winnipeg, Canada, more than 50 birds began to drop dead from the skies.

On Wednesday more than 50 birds began to drop dead and littered the streets of Winnipeg, Canada. The birds were identified as the common grackles. Residents of the area reported seeing strange and unusual flocking behavior displayed by the common grackles at around 7:30 A.M.

“There was probably, I would say … almost up to the thousand birds in the trees, and then I was looking up and then one fell right in front of me,” said Tanya Lee Viner.

Susan Tiganagis, a worker at a Main Street chip shop, said she saw a “blanket of black” in the lane behind the store. She claims that “they were just dizzy. They didn’t know where they were going. I’ve never seen them act like that.”

Then around 10:30 A.M. the birds began to crash down from the sky. It began with only a few birds falling, but quickly escalated and became a black blanket downpour of birds. Tiganagis describes to CBC the sight was quite unsettling and perhaps even a bit apocalyptic. She adds, “You couldn’t step anywhere without stepping on a bird.”

Works tried to call the City of Winnipeg, Manitoba Conservation and Environment Canada to see if anyone would investigate what happened. Following after the calls, conservation officers and authorities arrived in the afternoon to pick up the deceased birds.

Erika Anseeuw, the humane society’s director of animal health, said all the living birds were reasonably bright and active, although they cannot stand or fly. The birds will be euthanized and sent to a pathology lab for autopsies. Though so far no one can speculate on what exactly may have killed the birds, Anseeuw suspects they may have accidentally gotten into something.

“My suspicion is this is what it’s going to be rather than any kind of apocalyptic foretelling of birds falling from the sky,” she said in an interview with CBC Radio’s Up to Speed program.

Anseeuw states that possible factors may include exposure to disease or toxins.
