Opening statement

As any person serving the public in any authority position should be accountable for their actions. I would make sure that the people I select for any matter would be educated and specialize in that field. And to make sure that the law is implemented to the letter of law.

No law should be put into action due to the fact of self-interest for democratic or republic or any other large self-interest group less than the majority of the population of the United States.

Opening statement pass it on

Who is responsible to protect the United States and to build the defenses up for the protection of our people and are nation as whole?

What separations of powers are obligated to this by our constitutional laws that were implemented through the history of the making of the United States of America?

 

Why are the branches not implementing the building up of our military?

Because the only way you can destroy our nation is to downsize our military, because this is our defenses.  When the defenses is down from the navy ships and the ground troops this is an open avenue of approach to overwhelm and destroy our nation from a very large force.

I believe and see that the planted leaders that where raised and breed to destroy our nation are in position to have the powers to hurt the United States of America.  Behind closed doors they are secretly planning an attack on our food chain and the medical industries to kill Americans. Who runs the medications?  What medications are killing our family members?

I believe we are being poisoned from many consumer products of the food industries.  I believe the media is setting the perception to cover up leaders that are in position to destroy our nation in secret.

The fact of the matter there is many theories and there is a few out there that is close to the creator to see and hear things that others can’t see and hear.

Who has the authority to fire any separation of powers?   What branch is of the United States is executing negligence on not building up our military and putting our nation at risk for not to defend itself.

According to the law of the land the branches duties to protect its people and its states from any aggressive, military overseas or from any nation of the enemies of our great nation-

What I see-

The United States of America- even planted senators and congressmen even to the point of the planted leaders in the executive branches of the administration.

The fact of the matter the enemies of the United States went on national television and stated that there will be people planted in your chain of command and in your branches of government to secretly destroy your nation from the inside out.  What enemy’s said this on the videos Broadcasted American news- and only the higher level of the branch of our government and so called American media has these tapes from the enemies of this great nation.

People of America what you need to do.

We as Americans can petition at any time if we see any part of our government that serves the people of the United States of America not keeping up with the standards of the constitutional law.  We as American have the duties as citizens of this great nation to rally supporting element through the branches of the government expose and to remove any elective government official that is negligent in preserving the constitutional laws of our nation.

 

If the any one branch from the senate- the congress, the executive branch is not following the letter of the law we can remove them from power.

The question is how?

We as peaceful Americans can draft up that the responsible branch that is to build up our military for the protection of the people of the United States of America.  Is the congress, is it the senate, or the executive branch.

Well I believe we as American can fire these leaders on these grounds implemented through the judicial system, to prove that the branches are putting the unites states at risk of attack.

It is clear that the planted cells of the enemies of our nation that is in placed behind closed doors secretly destroying our nation.

Time to stand together to write and question our leaders-

I request as an American that the people in these braches question their fellow brothers in leadership positions in all branches of the separation of powers be held accountable for not keeping the united states military up to protect its states and its people.

Grounds for removal under constitutional law-

On these grounds I request the people stand and unite together to fire the branches that are putting our nation in possible harm from the enemies of the United States of America.

If this does not happen for the people this could lead to underground building of protection for the people of this great nation, if it has not already been implemented.

Out of the mighty triangles of the separation of powers the people will design a new branch to take this nation back on its founding creation.

The three Concepts

What I find the most interesting to me would be the American system, politics and administration, and the Public administrative theory and the separating powers.

What is the American system the American system is many different kinds people in race gender and beliefs that is the back bone of the mighty triangle government system that is ran by many key factors of the mighty triangle.  They consist in the people in classes from the rich to the poor.

It is very complicated to explain in theory.  The so called triangle of our system is the branches of government that runs our mighty country.  Who truly run this mighty machine?  The many braches of the government consist of all types of classes in all three branches.  The people in thought to forget who they work for and what are they to due to run a well-organized political arena.

Politics and administration today is a variety of a very large can of soup in many ways today.  The can has many types of leaders and public administration workers floating around.

What comes to mind is administration is the key to politics and the key to administration is politics. Without one the other wont function to the good of others.  When they are not on the same page the soup gets too hot.  Then things get way out of tune and this causes conflict between agencies.

This is how the politics control administration and points in relations to the back bone of the mighty triangle of the nation.  The three branches of government. Legislative, president branch, and the justice system- area over watch to each other agencies and political leaders.

The United States has come a long way due to the fact of changing American history. Our great nation was founded on some very strong beliefs regarding the structure of our nation today.

We as Americans from a very diversity multiclass must remember some of the framers considered and implemented to what is today.  I hope us as Americans keep those framers ideas and constitutional rights for individuals.  I only hope we continue to live by our learning of history and from the mistakes from the past and even the current time.

Due to the fact of individuals working through a chain of command in the public interest must do their best in management and always enhance their skills to better serve the public or we will find that people in the mighty triangle of our great nation just might only care for their self-interest, and this can lead to a one man control over the mighty triangle of America.

Our nation today has many regulations and procedures pertaining to management and the public.  Management is a vital structure in running any chain of command to make public interest to run smoothly and efficiently.

The management running of government branches was focused to be studied and to enhance the ability of a public administration to run much smoothly. The over watch of fellow government groups in the mighty triangle can always counter any wrong doing that is hurting any one group of public administration.

I believe these concepts are the key to the checks and balances during government functions.  Each concept plays a role to make the mighty triangle of government work. The branches of the government are set up to over watch each other’s actions pertaining control of the mighty triangle.

I believe if these parts of the system are not on the same page then there is conflict between groups.  If they are on the same page of interest for the majority of society then only the system can function as a norm for the people and I believe this would be good for society.

If the three concepts are utilized for the good of others and the one part of the triangle is for the people and live for serving its people we as a nation just might be able to last longer than other nations that finely disappears and never can be found.

If a nation can’t live for the good of its people the nation shall fall under the eyes of the creator.

Then the wrath of god shall destroy a great nation just like the history of other great nations that had fallen. In order for our powerful nation to continue to live for century’s to come they must return the power back to its people so that the mighty triangle can stay intact.

 

The American system

What is the American system the American system is many different kinds people in race gender and beliefs that is the back bone of the mighty triangle government system that is ran by many key factors of the mighty triangle.  They consist in the people in classes from the rich to the poor.

The single mechanism, and the mighty triangle according to the article the United States is a chaotic.  To add up all the government today there is not really a true figure.  A so called citizen can be buried and overwhelmed by many administration and government agencies.  This influences the perception of the trust of individual agencies.

Many agency and parts of the mighty machine overlaps each other and this contributes to the chaotic scene in the public functions.

The key factors are the structure of political parties play a key role in the government issues. These political parties influence the procedures by law and special interest groups to control and in relation to political chaos.

The special interest groups like the unions is that it shows us that the two  working government agencies working to turn the same will for the interest of their parties, are intermixed like a turning wheels.

Without tampering self-interest and barley hampering each other- The fact of the matter they are either working for each other’s self-interest or other branches trying to control each other and the funds to be distributed to self interest groups.

The functions of politics consist of the power struggles against each other and through this process this is the politics and administration.

Conflict of no harmony between the law and its execution results in political paralysis-

In so many words practical political actions make impossible the consideration of the function of politics part of the administration.

Politics must have a considerable control over the administration, in so many words that there is some kind of relation to them.  These are the two main function of the state of government.

The political system is made up on the fundamental principle the separation of each of their powers.

 

Due to the constitutional law no one power can control each other.  In the political arena the party system secures the harmony between functions of administrations and politics. Which must exist if government to be executed and to work-

In an overall picture of the can of soup theory of mine I get the author points out the can of soup the political and administration can’t work in harmony without the procedures pertaining to the law the mighty constitutional federal law that keeps everyone on their toes, in order to come up with perfect can of tasty soup.

Over all the politics and the administration can’t work without each other or there could be abuse on either of the branches of government in the politics and the administrations part.

I find that the article kept it simple and sweet and tasty, but the fact of the matter it all relates to checks and balances of each individual group and political views pertains to the letter of the law in order to function in harmony for the good of others

Public administrative theory and the separating powers

During the 1930 the American administration was influences and transferred with relationship of key factors, efficiency.   Also organizational structure, relationships among public leaders and fellow chain of command in relation to be formalized by writing in all events-

The public actions are to be administrated in a smoothly manner to function.  Organization structure was formed and influenced by many studies.   In relation to, management, the structure, individual, actions, the legal aspects, and key facts of the separation of powers-

The major questions is the separation of powers and the checks and balances of the over watch of each other to make sure the law is followed and that the management  and structure is following the law so that the chain of command is in relation to the proper procedures to be followed for a smother work of public administration.

How does the main point enhance the ability of the public administration powers?  Management and the structure and their skills make the difference if these are accepted to the mission statement and to each individual’s method of services to run much smother.

Thank god for the checks and balances of power regulated between the federal and state government. From the creation of the colonel states to the colonel states today.

Because of our four fathers that is printed on our trusted money and under god.

Our great nation we as people will always be safe from one man rule and to be able to proceed to seek liberty and justice for all.

Ethics

First I will give some input on what I think ethics is by some life experience and what I see it in society and also from some of my readings and responses during my studies.

And I will share what the definition of ethics.  And how it is in relation to our government and as a nation as a whole.

Ethics and administration must be in sequence with each other in order to serve the public interest. Or disorder occurs in the chain of government agencies as a whole and as the mighty nation of the United States of America.

According to my research and thoughts the study of public administration is a very special group of people who are supposed to serve the public and exercise the functions of serving for the good of the people they are to help along with ethical choices.

Public administration has many elements and many goals.  The study of administration has many key function running through it’s over all chain of command along with ethics.

According to (Woodrow Wilson writings and thoughts I will share, it is the object of administrative study to discover first what government can properly and successfully do and secondly how it can do these proper things with the utmost possible efficiency and at the least possible cost either of money or energy. I believe that if ethic by definition is not implemented along with Wilson words we as a nation will never be able to better as whole.

What is ethics according to the internet search?  Study of morality’s effect on conduct: the study of moral standards and how they affect conduct and morals, beliefs, moral code, moral principles, moral values, integrity, conscience, principles.

(According to class mate off his response on the blog (Andrew Scott) it should be an ethical, legal, and moral implementation driven by value added principles ensuring equitable redistribution of goods and services to citizens — though rarely is. Public administration is rife with power politics and special interest capitulation driven by self-interested preservation

As an underclass of America trying to better myself and live by the principles that our nation was built upon- These principles consist of living by the wisdom of our god.  And to take these Godly ethics and to share with society and for the good of others- what is my Godly ethics?  Well it’s simple but it’s very hard for an individual to live by if they have never been taught.

I will have to say that if any one person will put trust in the creator and investigate the wisdom of him.  I truly believe that for the good of others would come first before anything else.  If we as individuals from all classes focus on these beliefs that our nation was founded on and lived by them according to the bible-

We would have better ethics revolving in our system of the great mighty triangle of America.  Then only the people who say they represent the people will live by the morals and values of our great four fathers that created the colony states and then only we as a nation will pursue happiness and live to be a well citizen of our nation.

 

As a child I had to go to school with so many different cultures and I see how the different people in different classes helped each other from the teachers to the students.  I also knew that getting a free lunch in school was the most important and exciting thing to me to get breakfast that consisted of cream of wheat and toast in the morning before school started.

This was a program implemented to society from the higher class to help the lower class.  I was very thankful because there were individuals who really cared about the good of others.

But in society today it seems that individuals a high percentage of society is only for their own self-interest.  I only hope I am wrong.  But with people that I encounter each day in society I see much pain and suffering.  It seems that there is not much care for others.

I only hope that I as an individual can take my talents and thoughts to implement the love of the ethics of our nation’s one that was embedded in our nations beliefs.  I hope that only society reforms for the good of others and for the good of the creator.

 

And this will only be if we can bring

God back to our great nation-

We as a nation have so many different types of people in society and from the history of the United States we as Americans can say that an American today in society comes from many backgrounds and nationality of the world.  We as Americans have settled in from many types of race and mixed breeds of different cultures ranging from every part of the world today.

Ethics affect each individual by the way they are raised and programed.  I will make it easy for my views by putting society in three classes from the rich to the poor.  First the underclass the middle class and the upper class-  These types of classes make the American society function and during these functions in society there is in effect of conflict from these three groups.

Before I get into conflict I will share some thoughts on how I see things work in the big picture of government triangle.

We have three branches of government and this is called the mighty triangle of America from the court systems to the president of the United States and even the senate and house leaders and representatives.  It seems that the underclass is controlled by these agency’s that assist for the good of others, but are they really assisting for the good of others are they doing what they want for self-interest. The question is who benefits from the actions of an ethical point of view.

It means large self interest groups that implement law.

Each group could impact the military and the school system, and the prisons.

A so called term galloping sets the perception for very large groups in charge of controlling society.

The elephant galloping in comparison to the payroll of government in its motivation to move swiftly- enhances productivity.

Some thought on intergovernmental relations to ethics for example of un-ethical if there is a word.

In response I like to start with that Mother Nature is very unpredictable regarding any situation that turns into a crisis.

The city in New Orleans nearly drowned was caused by Mother Nature and there are many theories behind it.

But the fact of the matter there was conflict between government agencies and the underclass group did not have the ability to handle priority implements.

It’s sad that people had to go through the issues regarding the so called drowning of a city.

But through delegations of power struggle between different agencies’ made things worse. One side wanted to do what they wanted and the other side wanted to do something else.

Regardless the agencies in involved had issues regarding funding for certain sectors of the area to be protected from severe weather threat.  The leaders on both sides shift to enhance their self-interest and put monies on the back burner for the underclass sectors, who’s to say that the sin city officials really cared or not.

It’s all about money and who controls it, if one side controls it the other side will have to deal with the outcome of any crisis.

No matter what all agencies’ should learn and make the difference to enhance the groups of management and large groups from the state level to the federal level to agree on the issues.

 

Maybe if there was ethics utilized in the concern of the crisis it would have been a better positive outcome on the drowning of the city. And there have might been less damage to the city.  Who’s the blame?

 

When it comes to the feds it’s all about money and when anyone person or group needs money they either work or the agency they work for drafts paperwork up for borrowing or getting free money or funding from the feds for interpersonal government need.

Only the educated seem to know how to inter this cycle of generating funds from the feds and the state level.  Even though there is many regulated procedures in to getting funds this allows only certain large government groups controlling and dispersing funds.

If the need is justified through the red tape and is implemented to the guidelines the large federal group wants.  It’s a fact that some federal agency’s hold monies to and from lower groups of government for ransom. This would be unethical in regards to the feds and state level groups in all classes of public interest.

Intergovernmental relations related to ethics are very complicated because every situation is different. Then it comes down to who is in the position of the elected to make the decisions for an interpersonal situation.  My thoughts of the reading are wrights input and theory’s was very interesting and his examples of relation to humans in conflicting situations.

To me interpersonal government ends up being swept under the carpet when things do not go the way the selective person wanted it to.  If we as humans look at the big picture instead of self-interest of the group, we would have less conflict in most situations concerning intergovernmental relations involving ethics.

What do I see I see that one group of people control the other.  I see the consumer of the underclass being herded like cattle.  Is this ethical or is it right?    I see the middle class being controlled by big bureaucracy agencies, and these agencies are mostly middle class educated people in society. These people are seeking to climb the next level of society. The higher class and the control of the consumer-

The four fathers of the framers influenced and formed the government for what it is today, they had such wide visions and thought of the possibility of rulers destroying our nation, I believe this was in there thought process of countering take over(  tyranny). The separation of powers came to the birth of the rights of the people they were forming and working.

Thank god for the checks and balances of power regulated between the federal and state government. From the creation of the colonel states to the colonel states today.

I also believe there is conflict with two kinds of ethics.  There is the godly ethics and then there is the individual people’s ethics to pertaining to their self-interest.

But do they live by them Our great nation we as people will always be safe from one man rule and to be able to proceed to seek liberty and justice for all.

Views and thoughts

It’s sad that in today’s society there are a lot of public administrators working for their self-interest and for their political circle. It’s seem- that administration today, in some situations that the public administration branches of government forgets that they work for the people.

If I had any say my administration would work for the people and it would be executed to the letter of the law with some discretion with the wisdom of our creator.

If this was executed the administrations agency’s would run a lot smoother and gain the trust from the people and society as a whole. We the people would have fewer problems.

Overall point of view the history of the United States had great impact on the way administration is impacted today.  According to my reading and the questions addressed there were many articles and theory’s and leaders scholars and researchers with many differences and beliefs.  Over all it’s nice to know that Wilson and Fredrick’s made some writing that impact individuals to form administration in the past and influenced in the studies of education today.

As I think about administration as a whole it’s all about the conflict with scholars on the meaning of administration and how special groups interest to the public administration.  As I read the book assignments there is so much information from individuals, and by reading the theories and research it is very complicated.

I find as a student and looking from the lower levels of education that the whole government agency’s that implement the law seem to impact society’s outcome, from money being controlled and dispersed for none agency’s that have no interest at all.  Administration today seems to be one sided and only implements law if it is to the individual interest or government groups.

Large and in the government sectors of our great nation-  Furthermore the private sector section in the higher element of administration groups are so called private.  But if you really research most of the private sector is politics and secretive control over private business.

I have learned a lot by investigation our leaders and to share with those who put them into the office or commissioned for serving the people of the united states of an America.
