Is an oxymoron, but I can see where you would think it was. The spirit of Jezebel would be religious persecution of people who disagree, ie lawless, or an uncontrolled law unto themselves. A better example would be our dictatorships masquerading as democracy where they make laws for all, but put themselves above it.
