Being a mom and balancing a full-time career with family life is never simple. Today, more mothers than ever are working. Due to the division of focus between job and family, being a full-time working mother can induce emotions of guilt and stress. The secret is to stick to your plan, get organized, and strike the proper balance between your career and being a parent.
