Physical & material Reality operates by Causes & Effects in real time; as outcomes. Civil Justice is defined as outcomes of behavior, by Law of Causes & Effects; and this definition subjects behavior to scrutiny.

TO WIT: HOW “GRASSROOTS” WORKS
–Human Physical Reality is here, simply as effects arise time and space; to be accepted or corrected.
–Experience is real and palpable; fraught with meaning and therefore, memorable.
–Physical Law says: Opposites attract (in electrical and physical theory), not like-to-like.
–Thoughts produce beliefs, doctrines, intentions, reasons; thus to vow, promise and try are acceptable as legal tender with value attributed.
–Intentional behavior creates outcomes measurable as good, neutral or bad (harmful, deceitful or wasteful). Thus good Law is critical to social justice (in order to disrupt predation and parasitism), and Communication is by grassroots–Everyone is responsible to know what is true and verifiable with evidence, what is not known to be true for any matter, trial or cause–moving upward toward leadership from outcomes–not downward from leaders as policy.
–No problem can be solved or resolved unless each stakeholder’s effects [upon the will] are spoken and heard. Indeed, sublimation of emotional charges resulting from effects is to be discouraged, and actual outcomes articulated clearly, sincerely and truthfully.
–Commonsense Reason requires the process of rendering Justice to examine and include motives and intentions with outcomes in order to establish moral accountability.
–A life lived in Integrity to Truth warrants more time in Eternity in Harmony with Truth.

ON THE OTHER HAND–

Subjective reality operates by conceptual manifestations outside of time; Thoughts IN Eternity. Annunaki-Nibiru Subjective Dogma is here because Dogma must preprogram Reality. In the Subjective, Civil Justice is defined as alignment with appropriate Thoughts, Beliefs, Policies, Procedures, Doctrines, Dogmas, Methods. Outcomes are NOT-SEEN. It is deemed UNnecessary to know causes & effects.

TO WIT: HOW “HIERARCHY” WORKS
–Creation is all one; as above, so must the lower levels align, in their points-of-view, doctrines and manifestations of Peace and Harmony.
–There is no personal truth that cannot manifest in Eternity. Thus Reality is an illusion, and “seek,” “try,” “promise,” “vow,” and “covenant” have no value because every thought can manifest here.
–As thoughts go, we attract what we think about naturally, without Law. Therefore, every disruptive thought must be sublimated and forbidden access.
–Silence is golden; one must only speak when spoken to from Above. Communication is only by chain of command. Elites define “the Good,” and only they know what is “true” so that Sheeple can live on in Peace.
>>What this means is, nobody knows anything they’re not told by a chain of command; people have no concept of what is true or not true. All inferences are rendered as “opinions.” 5th Dimensional theology is toxic and fatal to 3rd Dimensional physical Life because nobody is expected to know what is true, everybody is busy wishing for their next manifestation. And nobody suspects, sees or solves problems!

FURTHER–
–Fitting oneself into the etheric and cosmic Astrological MODEL means, in the Subjective Mind Groups, one fits themself into the valid Universe paradigm.
–Antisocial thoughts must be nipped in the bud before they manifest bad effects. Wrong thoughts are crimes against manifesting Harmony.
–Under Emerald Covenant titles, peoples can be culled/killed en masse who are innocent of crimes of bad behavior, simply for “wrong” cultural beliefs.

NOTICE, Subjective Patriarchs don’t have to be here physically to control us. They have already seeded their ideology of SPECIALNESS VS. SLAVERY into every Hierarchy on our planet, so all leaders of every nation believe in the 5th dimensional Ethic and transmit that Ethic into all their business dealings.

1. They withhold true knowledge [FACTS!] from their constituencies and they set their Elite Corps (corporations, institutes, unions, academies, professionals] into hierarchies where one individual–naturally A MAN–tells everybody else what to know, think and do. They absolutely stupefy their chain of command so the people at the bottom brag about not knowing the answer to any problem.

2. They call this way of doing business, corporate “Policy, Processes, Procedures and Practices.” Their corps are told–and paid–to NOT KNOW anything outside or other than the dogmas and doctrines of the Leader class. We run into stupefied bureaucrazies wherever we go because US/UK leadership has been saturated with Occult hierarchy dogmas for 800 years since the Magna Carta was repudiated by Northern European Monarchies.

3. “ME! ME! ME!” If you notice, Occult doctrine is that an individual only needs to be concerned about his own prosperity, his own physicality, his own group or culture and soul history. He NOT-SEES, chooses not to see situations of suffering or woe around him. There is no sense of public or social responsibility in an Astrological chart, nor in the Subjective idea-mind except to force and coerce conformity to Thought Groups, Factions, Sects or Opinions.

On the contrary, here in 3rd dimensional Physical what we must know, think and do is respond responsibly to events in time and space, because here we are dominated also by Causes & Effects in Physics, Elemental and Biochemistry and Weather changes–phenomena which the Subjective Dimension and their Occult ideology do not have to deal with ordinarily (except when Karma shows up).

We Earth humans don’t have an option to just “throw out the baby with the bathwater” and toss religion out of our lives because Religion is our communication with the rest of the Universe. Our planet has been overcome and encompassed by Nibiru, our Annunaki captors, and their form of meta-physics [for us] is Slavery. If we don’t learn meta-physics from Higher Beings, we’re going to remain dead meat, helpless victims in this top-down system.
