The Palestinian land is the land of the Palestinian State and the Two States solution is the minimum that we have been asking for until this moment
Fatah Spokesperson Ziad Khalil Au Zayyad made a statement saying that any other solution suggested by the Israelis or anyone else that undermines the Palestinian right in the Palestinian land is completely rejected. Ideas about establishing a state in Sinai and Gaza are empty of any content related to the minimum that the Palestinians are asking for. Abu Zayyad said that all must understand clearly that the Palestinian land is the property of the Palestinian people and if the Palestinian leadership agreed in the past on the Two States solution on the bases of giving the Palestinians the land that was occupied in 1967 this does not mean that the Palestinians will remain committed if the Israelis or others consider other options.
The Palestinian leadership will reconsider the whole Oslo agreement and everything that comes beneath it including security arrangements and the economical situation if Israel shows no intention to move towards the two states solution. Abu Zayyad also confirmed that neither the Palestinian people nor the Arab nation would accept anything less than the minimum which is giving the Palestinians their right in their recognized state internationally on the 1967 occupied lands including Jerusalem and the withdrawal of Israel from all settlements built within these lands.
Abu Zayyad also stated that the International community should be reminded that the State of Palestine has already been recognized and it is an ethical responsibility on the International community to condemn and push Israel to withdraw from the Palestinian lands. In addition Abu Zayyad said that the release of all Palestinian prisoners and the Palestinian refugees sacred case are part of any solution.
In addition Abu Zayyad stated that all options are on the table while others are withdrawing from the Two States solution and that the people of Palestine will continue to resist to regain all its legal rights.
