Which suggests to me they are never beat out, but bought out and what could happen may be far worse, but this being the Military there are many orphans and broken home serving who woul;d have no attachments at all, it is therefore impossible to influence all personnel with the tatics of fear especially in a profession where death is accepted as a daily risk.
