China: Huge Navy Upgrade and Russia: 4600 mph Hypersonic Missiles
A report dated 1 April 2017 stated Russia has developed a hypersonic missile called the Zircon, capable of reaching 4,600 miles per hour. That is so close to six times the speed of sound. The range for the Zircon is 250 miles.
