東北岩手より流行に捉われないHOT ROD HARLEYの王道を目指したいとの JMファンからリクエスト。
入庫時はほぼストックでしたがE/gはビッグボア・ストローカーの指定。
プロジェクト ” アメリカーナ＂がスタート。　外装はオーナーが既にUSAから取り寄せたブリリアント・レッドをベースにスプラッシュの鮮やかなカスタムペイント。これに刺激受けてアグレッシブなパーツ構成が進みます。
ロックギターのサウンドをこよなく愛するオーナーに新しい走りの楽しさを提案。
フロントエンドは’06 純正マルゾッキ倒立、リヤエンドには英国メトマチェックスのアルミスイングアーム。

車体関係のグラつきが大きなネックになっているFXRに対しゴムダンパーをウレタンプッシュに変更して剛性アップを計ります。
スイングアームピボットもアルミカラーを採用。

E/gはオーナー自らコンロッド研磨で想いを込めます。ピストン & ピンはWPC,DLC処理。

ストローカークランクは最新工法のペリメーター(外周部) B Mに進化させました。

クロームメッキ満載のE/gカバーは黒パウダーコートに外装に合わせた赤アルマイト

の組み合わせでバランスを計ります。ブレーキも同様にフロントはPM 13”ディスクキャリヤを赤、HHI 6ピストンは黒でマルゾッキに対応。リヤキャリパーはBOYDを削り直して丸みを加えてから赤アルマイト。

2 ステージ(二段階)のAER クーラーをチンスポイラーとして装着。前方から流入する冷却風が路面に抜ける仕組みでスポイラーとしてはカバーを吹き上がる風がレギュレーターそしてシリンダーを冷やします。

これぞホットロッドパーツの逸品です。
