When Obama signed the UN Declaration for the Rights of Indigenous Peoples in 2010 that gave them the teeth needed to get their “sacred” lands back. So why haven’t they asserted themselves via this international declaration to get their land back if they’re the true indigenous of America? Obviously something is amiss as to the reason they can’t acquire this land on their own.
